Initially, it was working fine, but after some time, the touch has started malfunctioning on its own. The issue occurs repeatedly, making it difficult to use the phone properly.

Order placed in the month of July.2024 is still undelivered. And on the website you are not able to find any customer care number or any kind of link to contact them. If you sent an email then it will bounced back and same is with their own complaint link made on their website.
Avoid buying anything from this site as they are cheater. No option for cash on delivery due to same reason. You pay your money and they will eat.

Bought finger print sensor from them. Chose blue somehow they sent me black colored one. That is fine I could have made it work too with my phone. But, the sensor didn't work. Had to purchase from Amazon later and that sensor worked.
Customer service not so great.

Completely fraud. I ordered screen which was not compatible with my device. And also faulty. It didn't work. They took ages to reply back on the return request. Then after sending return they took again 7 to 10 days to check the product. Now they call me to tell that some part is damaged. There is nothing damaged from my side I returned as recieved. They are a fraud company and on call they are not even ready to share company name , address and employee id to do a case against them.

Number one fraud company. Owner Naman is running a training centre to teach how to cheat people. Guys don't ever trust this website. They loot your money and give justification as if you don't know anything. No proper direct contacts to escalate your issues. They will first collect your money and drag you like a dog.

Bought a battery for honor 7x one of the worst not even 1 month the phone went dead and it's not charging at all second I bought Asus Zenfone display even that is not working when I took it to the technician said it was not working at all sent it back they are talking about some seal removed we have not removed any seal nothing sent back same number way worst ever never buy from these people one of the worst website ever whoever is giving good rating not sure is it AI or their employees doing the review.

Buyed 10 products out which 7 are defective and no replacement done f... A... Just fraud the connector wire are too lengthly in most cases not exact fits. Worst.

I recently bought a display for my device from MaxBhi, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. However, after just three days of normal use, I encountered a serious issue: the display began to register random touches on its own, rendering my device nearly unusable.

I provided all necessary details, including purchase receipts and photos illustrating the issue, but my requests for a replacement have largely been ignored. I’ve reached out multiple times only to receive generic replies that lack commitment to resolve my issue. In today’s competitive market, good customer service can often make or break a brand’s reputation. Unfortunately, MaxBhi has fallen short in this aspect. It's disappointing to invest in a product only to be left in a lurch when things go wrong. I had high hopes for this purchase, but the lack of support has soured my experience with MaxBhi.

In conclusion, while their products may have potential, I cannot recommend MaxBhi until they improve their customer service and respond adequately to product issues. Buyer beware—if you do decide to purchase from them, be prepared for a possible lack of support if you encounter problems.

Pls donot buy anything from maxbhi, you will regret buying it later. Worst customer service experience. Tried calling their customer support number always getting a prerecorded message. They do not address your issue on time and on top of that they declined the ticket created without any intimation.

totally fake and looted my money and no refund is there..they are saying that we have genreated transaction id and just cont with your bank branch. bad behaviour by them..please do not order anything from them.

Sends damaged or defective items and have worst customer service when giving refund or replacement. Don't trust this website

It's a fraudster group that robbed the people by sending fake product and after return money added in their website wallet.. you don't have a way to collect money in original mode of payment.... and the sent a fully chinese product that even not run after 12 to 15 days later.....

They are charging 4 time higher rates for a very low class product. Once we ordered they will send wrong item, and we have no other option we will send it back with so many instructions. Next time they will repeat the same incompatible part. Again send....... There will be no solution. Every time we lose our money by sending back courier. So don't buy anything from Maxbhi. Bought it on 11th Aug 2024. Yet to be solved!!

This site not genuine and if you receive wrong and damaged not working product then you didn't not get replacement plus refund also, other hand costumer service is very very poor and worst. So that Im not recommended this site for purchasing any product.
