I order 4 t-shirts 1 month ago instill not got them i feel pissed off I spend 64euros

This company is a scammer!!! Please Do Not Order!!!! I purchased a few items over a month ago and still have not received them and they contact information is fake!!! PLEASE BE AWARE!!! And the positive REVIEWS you are READING are FAKE!!!!!

Just received my order, poooooor quality and smells like an ash tray. Not even worth giving to goodwill. Throwing in the trash. Such a waste. Lesson learned.

This company is an absolute joke!!! I wish i’d Seen these reviews before I ordered anything from them, luckily I only ordered 2 items which were so cheaply made I could’ve found better at a swap meet!! -__- Had to return 1 of the items, was given some bogus address but sent item anyway as they instructed. Was advised I would be refunded within 5-7 days upon receiving item... WELL OF COURSE NEVER RECEIVED REFUND AND MY EMAILS HAVE BEEN IGNORED! THEYRE DEFINITELY SCAMMERS SO I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT USE THEM!!!! FREAKIN CROOKS!! ***And anyone writing ‘fake positive’ reviews, work with them and are in on the scam also!! It’s so obvious, their fake profile names & grammar is horrible!! Clearly FAKE!

Don’t trust this company!!! They are scammers. I ordered a dress in August but it didn’t arrive. On emailing them, at first they apologised and said they’d resend. Still it didn’t arrive. After more emails, they said they’d refund but said it would take a few weeks. I continued to email them but even after them still saying they’d refund in a few more days, no refund. I realised afterwards how silly I was as their delaying meant that the 180 days since order was made was up and I couldn’t claim through PayPal. So my advice is to stay clear of this company. They are scammers!!

I bought a dress at Maxpassion last year in October and until now I have not received it.
I'm insistentely writing to them but nobody there is replying with concrete information about the sending of my dress

I'm so disappointed and don't recommend this website.

I ordered 4 items in September 2018, the first 3 arrived in December, 2 were the wrong size and 1 was faulty. The fourth still has not arrived. They promised a refund for the fourth 2.5 months ago and I still have not received it.. I would advise anyone considering buying from them, to save your money, you may never receive your order, and apparently they do not refund.

I ordered my dress on September - for first they asked to wait. when come December that said, that happened some mistake and now my order returned to them. After I didn't have any new information. Off top I paid 50 euro. Never, never use it service if you want to save you money and healthy

ATTENTION TO ALL SILLY CUSTOMERS LIKE ME:
MAXPASSION has no address on its website, they seem to be asiatic people with uk company's form, goods are lowlow quality and come from Bahrain. I had to pay customs duties 1/3 of my order price, because of MAXPASSION not declaring the correct goods value!!!!!!!
They did not even answer my complaint email!!!
MAXPASSION ARE NOT SERIOUS, THEY ARE FRAUDING !!!!

SCAMMER ALERT!!!!!!

I placed an order almost 6 months ago and when I hadn't received my order after 2 months i was advised that they had run out of material and the order couldn't be purchased.

I requested an immediate refund and was told the refund would take 15-20 days. Despite following them up every few weeks and being promised they will refund me, it has now been another 3 months and still no refund!!!

BEWARE!!! Do not purchase anything from this site!!!!!!!

this is okay.arrived fast.the quality was good and awesome.

So glad I found this site. I can find pretty much whatever I want and have it shipped right to my door. I ordered something and within a week I received it. Thank you so much.You can also choose the cash on delivery option in it.

The worst company ever.bad custimer service.booked some dresses,reached after 2 months and then returned back from my location to maxpassion and they did not even inform me.i kept asking them about my shipment which has been returned back to them to resend it to me and inform me by date,they replied after 1 minth by asking me to accept the refund which after 2 months promisses i didnt get it.i have threated them by a revuew online and no one care.
Eira is the customer care staff which i think a fake name even,might be lee yu hang or jiew za hing.

I WAS IMPRESSED TO RECEIVE REALLY FAST MY ORDER AND WHEN I OPENED IT THE QUALITY OF THE ITEMS WAS PERFECT

It's so obvious that they are making fake ratings in this site! Amazing experience? The best? Come on!!

Don't believe in the "good comments'

I placed an order on the 29th of August and have paid a fee for urgent delivery. First one of the items were sold out and I had to choose something else. Today, 9th of November, I have not received at least one piece of 3 items selected. I have sent emails to Eira, Mathew and Vicky from customer service and nothing was done.

This site has 100% clothing collection that are of great quality. They delivered my gowns within the stipulated time frame. It indeed an amazing site where I got a perfect and a well desirable product, I have Nice experience with the site and I will recommend it again and again!
