I always find it very difficult to make choices when it comes to ordering for products online, this makes me return many of the items that were not satisfied with. When I ordered from Maxpassion, wow……it was really an outstanding experience due to the fact that I never expect such a quality product and the amazing job done by the customer service…delivery was swift than expected. Maxpassion remains my best choice anytime ….any moment!

They are shocking - I ordered and paid over two months ago and have not received anything yet after being told the item was "in the air" on 10 September. I receive responses to my email but I am told to track my package. It only reads in Chinese which I don't understand and there is no one to assist when I ask for help.

I have checked at the Post Office and at Customs and they say that it has not arrived in SA, which makes sense as all the tracking information is in Chinese and I am told it will show in English when it arrives in South Africa.
The next stage in this process is that my package is now lost and I am going to be refunded but I had to really push someone to check for me after all this time and at last I now know the status.

I am still not happy but at least I know AND I had to buy another outfit for the wedding that I originally ordered one of the items for.

I'm the kind of person that had been through a lot of bad choices in ordering, mostly when I had to return items that didn't fix. Do stopped for a long time until I order from Maxpassion! I was and so impress on how easy it is to order and yes return. I will not order from No one other than Maxpassion.!

maxpassion made my prom night, with just $60 I was nominated as one of the best dressed for my prom night. I am so so loving maxpassion every day. I m a regular shopper on this website but have never gone through their prom section. When I got the news about our prom night, I started scouring the internet for the best prom dress, but I couldn't find a perfect match, I then recalled that I have seen a prom section on maxpassion and when I checked it out, I was truly blown away. I saw several amazing collections and I think I choose one of the best. The dress came in a week before my prom, I had to order early in case it didn't meet up to my standard. Fortunately, it was just as expected, top quality and new. I am a right now a super fan of maxpassion. I love you guys.

I finaly got my sandals from maxpassion. Order in late april, maybe in may. Got them today its october 10. But want to be fair and update. Don’t think the quality is good but have to wait until summer to find out.

My order arrived looking like something a 3rd grader had sewn. I mailed it back for a refund. I confirmed they received it. Now it's been almost 3 months and I still haven't received a refund. Its a scam. Don't waste your money or your time.

They have good outfits that are of great quality. The outfits i placed an order for was delivered at the appropriate at the stipulated time. The sleeves and gowns were of great quality. Maxpassion is a good outlet to shop.

BE CAREFUL they are a scam. They show photos of these beautiful designer dresses, lined, decorated and beautiful fabrics but you don't get that!!!! They send you a dress that looks like it but has no lining, not the same fabric and no tags inside of what the material is or how to wash it. If there is a shimmer then instead they put plastic, the sizes are all wrong . Basically they are copying designer dresses to sell you and you get something that feels, fits and looks different. Don't buy from them.

MaxPassion is the worst online shopping website i have ever used, i ordered (MA-23830) 5 dresses from them and i was told one is out of stock. I then asked for a refund of that money and proceed with shipping the rest of dresses. All my emails have not been responded to. They do not even acknowledge receipt of your emails. Its disappointing to see such acts from them. I guess there are scammers like people are saying on Instagram.

Hi guys whenever I use to buy clothes online I had problems with the quality of product described being different from the one delivered
My friend suggested this website to me and it worked wonders.
The designs of clothes and dresses is very unique.
Recently I ordered a slit dress from here and it was worthy the money I saw a similar dress on another site for so much more but got it for lesser here.
Plus what I saw online exactly the same thing is delivered with same colour and cloth.
If you want great affordable clothes with nice quality then this is definately the website to choose.

I don't know why they are getting reviews, I ordered for 7 items and I got them on time, I also ordered for 3 dresses the next month and I received them on time, so I don't understand why all these people are giving bad reviews. To crown it all it was at a very cheap rate, which is very hard to find now a days. They have good customer services and everything is just fine with them, I don't think there is anything wrong with the website . So I think you all should go to the website and get quality products from them. I forgot to say quality products, their products have great quality and it's massive, so please buy from them

I bought a hoodie from maxpassion because I had to travel to and it is quite chilly here. I am glad that I bought it it keeps me really warm and dry. The inside of jacket is really soft and lined with a soft and warm liner. The front pockets are big enough to keep both of my arms warm. Size came up just perfect and its really comfortable. I will buy again definitely. Keep selling good products.

The dress I’ve ordered from Maxpassion is very soft and fluffy. I must appreciate the quality of fabric, its really soft and lightweight. I would say this is an excellent dress for normal season and for an inexpensive dress, it really looks quality. The best thing is it best on me and the color is the same as shown in the picture. I would definitely buy again.

Best cosmetic products in such low prices. i ordered a lot of cosmetic stuff and they all were very very discounted. plus their own range of fashion trend is awesome. such elegant off shoulder dresses and babycon dresses. It took only a week when my ordered was delivered. This store is love.♥
