Scammers! They advertise themselves as a UK-based company, but in reality, they sell cheap Chinese junk with long shipping times.

They claim the package is sent via Royal Mail, which is technically true—but only after it’s shipped from China. They promise 5-7 day delivery, but that’s completely misleading.

Their poorly described listings deceive customers. I ordered a pair of air suspension components, but they randomly sent me just one without even asking which one I needed. Of course, they didn’t send the one I actually wanted. Now they say I have to pay for the other one separately to receive it.

I’ve been waiting for over two weeks, and it still hasn’t arrived. If I hadn’t contacted them today, it wouldn’t have even been shipped. They just sent me a Royal Mail tracking number, but it’s not active yet, and there’s no information about the package. Now all I can do is hope it eventually shows up.

Do not buy car parts from them! The chances of receiving your order on time—or at all—are extremely low.

Great customer service. Ordered a set for my CRV but it didn’t drop low enough… contacted customer support and they sent me shorter slings and dampeners free of charge!

If I could give zero stars, I would! This is the absolute worst company I have ever worked with. Not only did they send defective parts, but they sent parts that were not compatible with my vehicle. After multiple correspondence with customer service, I sent the products back. They did not give me a full refund even when the mess up was on their end. The refund took over a month. Save yourself the headache!

DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS SHIT.
Really bad used them in my E90 front one is stiff as hell after 4 months I’m replacing them again with European quality.
Poor condition they write down specs that don’t even work.

Ordered parts from Maxpeedingrods and received damaged. It appeared product was adequately package, but improperly handled by UPS. After discussion with Holly to get an acceptable resolution, I received a replacement set. Unfortunately, UPS destroyed my parts on shipment. The company was responsive and genuinely attempted to resolve my issue.

Maxpeedingrods will never take responsibility for wrong doings. They want you to modify your car to make their DEFECTIVE COILOVERS "work". Typical China support run around, back and forth emails til you're blue in the face. China never makes things right because they DON'T CARE. Their coilovers leak, the bolt patterns are off and you'll be out of luck. China don't care and will keep your money and laugh. THEY DON"T MIND LOSING MONEY as long as they hurt as many Americans as they can. Buy good coilovers from a USA brand and you will be treated right and will sleep better at night !!!!

You should note that this company is located in China, even though it makes it's website look like it operates in US, uses a US warehouse, and payment is in dollars.

However, if you have a dispute that they do not want to resolve you are on your own, and you will have no recourse to you own courts to challenge or obtain any money. Ask me how I know this......
