!!!DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!
I strongly advise against working for this company as a delivery driver. Management is inconsistent and unreliable, particularly at the Stoke depot, where drivers are often given one version of events which later changes without proper explanation. There is a serious lack of transparency, especially when it comes to payments and deductions.
In my experience, wages were withheld and significant deductions were applied without clear justification. Damage charges were added despite no issues being recorded at the time of vehicle return, and the figures applied across invoices did not match the company’s own documentation. Attempts to get clear answers were met with poor communication and deflection rather than proper resolution.
The overall environment lacks accountability, and resolving even straightforward issues becomes unnecessarily difficult. Instead of addressing concerns directly, the company often redirects responsibility without providing clear explanations.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering working here exercises extreme caution and carefully reviews the terms and conditions before proceeding, especially when dealing with the Stoke management team.
I’ve been working with MBL in Rochdale for a while now and I can honestly say I’m very satisfied. The management team here is absolutely top class – supportive, professional and always willing to help. They treat drivers with respect and actually listen when you have a question or concern.
Communication is clear, expectations are fair and if there’s ever an issue, it gets handled properly. It makes a big difference when management genuinely cares about the team, and that’s exactly how it feels here.
I’m genuinely happy to be working with them and would definitely recommend MBL Rochdale to anyone considering joining.

MBL NI BEHNDI PUDDI,
**Review of Manbir Bains Ltd (MBL Logistics): Strongly Discouraged**
I strongly advise against working for this company as a delivery driver. Management practices are consistently poor and unreliable. Drivers are frequently misled with promises of favorable conditions, only to face excessive workloads, withheld wages, and unjust deductions.
Vehicles are often charged to drivers for pre-existing damage that occurred under previous users, with little opportunity for fair investigation or dispute. A particularly serious concern is the conduct of one supervisor , who allegedly mishandled and leaked sensitive personal data — including drivers' addresses and bank details — raising significant data protection and GDPR compliance issues.
Upon leaving the company, there have been prolonged delays in receiving final wages, deposits, and accurate invoices. In my case, the company attempted to deduct an unreasonable £4,000 for alleged damages that were incorrectly attributed to me, despite later acknowledgment from a manager that this was mistaken.
While one manager (Sam) has been professional, fair, and genuinely helpful, the overall company culture and leadership appear deeply problematic. Positive reviews seem to originate primarily from internal supervisors or managers.
I am currently pursuing formal action regarding potential breaches of GDPR, unauthorized signature use, and violations of the company's own contractual terms (specifically Clause 8). Prospective drivers should exercise extreme caution and thoroughly research recent experiences before considering employment here.

Been working for MBL for over 2 years out of Rochdale DXM3, and loved (almost) every minute. Always well organised and available to help whilst on the road, and even gave an old man like me a chance to do the job. Yes the days can be hard and the weather bad, but when you have the right people behind you, it makes the job worth it.
They always pay on time too!
Would recommend without hesitation.

Id give this company zero stars if I could. I finished working for them in December and was told I'll have to wait 28 days to get my wages from them and all I got from them was an email saying my payment will be released on the 6th of Feb. And I've had no payment and they're ghosting my emails. Avoid this company at all costs. Scammers.
