McCall's has been great to work with! They put in new carpeting in my house last year during a major remodel. And now they have completed putting in carpet in a rental house I own. They have wonderful selections, and are very helpful. They are also quite prompt in getting it put down in a timely manner. Their work is very professional. I would highly recommend them to shoppers.

They made sure I was happy with my flooring. They did take the time to research and get the proper materials I needed to be completely happy ! Totally will use them on more upcoming projects I have!

My husband and I were extremely satisfied with our entire experience with McCall's Carpet One. We contracted with them 10 years ago to install hardwood in our den and carpet in our bedroom. When we recently decided to put hardwood in our bedroom, we went directly back to McCall's, and were just as pleased as the first time. Everyone were very professional, friendly and skilled. We highly recommend them.

Refloored my entire condo...laminate/carpet/tile. Cannot say enough good things about the people there. They went out of their way to work with me and my schedule, as well as making personal visits to check on me during the installation. They are the best!

Personal attention in store during process of decision-making, never pushy but attentive and informative (Mr. Mike Beard). Home measure was helpful in further choice of quarter-round and colors and it was accurate to one piece of tile! Order process and scheduling of installation was handled with courtesy and efficiency. Installation of floor done by 2 workmen who were professional, courteous, impeccably clean with every sawing and movement of appliances. They were quiet as they worked and finished by leaving everything in order !! One person returned several days later to install threshold wood pieces. Kathy at the store was ever pleasant on the phone! It was a completely pleasing experience concerning a Major Purchase for my budget ! I have already recommended the business to a friend who will re-model kitchen later this year. Thank you for your service!

I walked into the store, was greeted immediately. Help was offered and I was checked on to see if I had any questions. I made my purchase, they ordered the carpet. Everything was done at exactly the time they said it would be. Installer did a beautiful job on the stairwell carpet. Friendly and helpful service from the time I entered the door to the time the installer truck drove away!

Everything from choosing my flooring to the installation to follow up afterwards was absolutely wonderful. Everyone I encountered was vey helpful and professional.

I would recommend McCall's to anyone looking for flooring. The customer service from Kathy & Trent was A plus. The job for our bedroom carpeting and stairwell went as planned with ease and expertise. We love our new look and would definitely use McCall's again for any flooring needs.

I have used McCall's Carpet One Floors twice for installing hardwood floors. They were so nice to work with and did an excellent job. They were also able to get my job done in a short turnaround which I needed.

We like to do business at a place "where everybody knows your name" as they used to say on Cheers, instead of dealing with a kid at a Big Box store, who won't even be there the next time we need help. McCall's Carpet One is our "one call" for all flooring now.
