Where to even begin with this company.

Where to even begin with this company.
I ll make this as short and sweet as possible and try not to bore everyone with details.
1. Car broke down they agreed price to bring car back to Dublin for me knowing I wouldn't be at home to receive the car. Originally Chris I dealt with.

2. Got call from tow truck driver later that evening to say he ll be at my house in half an hour.
Explained hey no problem I won't be there only leaving my location be at least an hour till I get there have the wife and kids in the rental car with me. agreed with Chris throw the keys in the letter box when car is dropped.

3. Make it home finally after fun trip with crying baby. To have some missed calls on my phone(which gets put on mute at all times when driving and put in door). Seen the car parked across the driveway and jumped out to grab keys so I could get the rental car in as the way my car had been placed blocked my drive from being usable for another car( do note you can fit 3 cars in the drive if visitors are up)

4. As I go in to look for keys and ring back missed calls discover hey no keys here. So got onto to Chris who said driver took keys as I wasn't there( which they already knew) ring driver.
Driver informs me I have to pay to get the keys back and I would have to go out and meet him somewhere.

5. Neither driver nor Chris are able to provide an invoice for payment or a method to pay online. They want cash. Was told no can't get you invoice till office opens tomorrow morning.

6. Ring office next day to be apologised to and told no that should have never happened it's not are policy to do such a thing. Asked about getting my keys back was told yeah no problem Chris can drop them up he's doing a fuel change for someone would be about 2/3 hours.

7. Asked office for an invoice for insurance to be told ow sorry we can't actually email or send one by electronic means. The only way I will get an invoice or receipt is if I pay upfront.
So let's just stop there for a second. Receipt correct you don't get till you pay.
Invoice not being able to be provided in a official capacity so it can be checked properly till you pay??????????? Doesn't quite work that way with a invoice......

8.Chris never shows up. Get back in touch with office to have blame put on me that they didn't send him. Even after are conversation and the last thing they said was he will be there in 2/3 hours.
As I stated I would happily pay when my key is returned to me and I can get my invoice properly.

To this day have never got either the key or the invoice....

All in all the worst run towing company I have ever dealt with . Can't believe in this day and age and with how things are these things can't be sorted out electronically.
Save yourself alot of hassle and wasted time and go with a decent company who can provide you with the proper paperwork
Also don't expect your car to be dropped back promptly going on memory was about 5-6 hours after breakdown that my car arrived back at the house.
car was intentionally left blocking driveway access to another car even though the company knew I had kids and a baby with me . Top class people to deal with ow wait no that's any other company
