Very quick and easy service very many thanks

I ordered the rear bike light bracket which was offered at a reasonable price. McConveys was one of the few companies with the bracket in stock. Post & packaging was expensive but the bracket arrived quickly, well wrapped and in good condition.

Great guys who look after you really well and answer all questions professionally. Always love going into the shop.

Bought already my third bike from this shop although I'm based in Dublin. Good prizes, service, great lads to deal with. My last bike was discounted pinarello. When collecting the bike, I went through initial bike set up with Lance who definitely knows what he's doing. Also when I found a little problem with one wheel after bringing the bike home,they promptly sent me new wheel for exchange. I'd definitely recommend this shop to anyone who's after anything bicycle related.

I only every got small(ish) items in the past like shoes, but this time around I got a six speed Brompton C Line.

I was generously compensated for a few scratches on a display model too. Buyers from the 26 counties can look forward to a hassle free purchase as mine was. I would suggest putting the Brompton standard issue box in another box for transport, though as they're very flimsy.

As for the Brompton C Line itself? Every roadie should have one! If I pass you on a climb or a descent, (which I regularly do on Howth hill from the harbour side), no need to feel ashamed. This bike flies due to either magic or physics. The red colour obviously helps!!! LEL 2025 here I come!

They called me after I placed my order to make sure that everything was what I expected. They then built the bike and shipped it within 48 hours, and it arrived les than 48 hours after that. A gret customer experience.

I have Purchased 2 Giant TCRs now from Mc Convey cycles. I Highly rate there expertise and knowledge in road cycling. Bike fits with Lance which are excellent feel totally at home on the bike after a few initial issues with knee and back pain. I have been in many times over the last 7-8 years for bike servicing which are excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff Eamon, Lance, Connor a pleasure to deal with.

Generally a good service, I was contacted the day after I placed the order to check that I had selected the correct size of bike and talked though the order. Just a small hiccup with knowing when delivery was going to arrive as I needed to arrange for someone to be at home but had no idea when, so was quite frustrating not being given the tracking number and only finding out on the same day that it was due to arrive. Bike arrived within the time specified on the website, very well packaged but did have a couple of scratches on the forks. This must of been before transit as the packaging was protecting them.

Quick and easy to deal with, next day delivery was excellent.
