Wrong colour bike delivered
Wrong colour bike delivered. Website indicated dispatch on 31st May but it was dispatched around 10 days later, received on 13th June.

Lack of communication
The bike is what I was after that’s 100% but it was the lack of communication is my complaint there was none from the shop except the 1st email when conformation of my order but none after that to say that my bike was ready or anything I’d to do the chasing of my order 3 phone calls later

Thank you for your review Mark. Our click and collect service is fully automated and will send a text when the product is ready to be collected. A bicycle sometimes takes a few days longer as it has to be fully built by our mechanics.

Professional, courteous and helpful, a completely satisfied customer.
Superb advice and guidance from James, his depth of knowledge around available products was very impressive and most helpful towards me making a decision in respect of purchase.
Lance not only set my bike up but also provided comprehensive advice in respect of riding position and how to maximise performance - all whilst giving detailed information around the bike fitting process (and managing during all of this to be great ‘craic’).
