I recently went on a tour of the Etihad with my lad and I have to say Andy L and his partner in crime were amazing. Made my boys weekend and looked after him and his mates so well. I’d highly recommend it

Stadium Tour

We have been on the tour today it was brilliant from start to finish our guides Tim and Jerry (not to be confused with the cartoon characters LOL) were amazing they were very knowledgeable and great with the kids on the tour and us oldies. Thanks for a great day MCFC

Really don't know where to start, I've been following city for 50 years and find our ticket office worse than at any other time including maine rd. We are meant to be a huge club but supporters can't get through by phone it takes upto 2 hours for them to answer. Then on a few occasions you get cut off mid conversation after all that time waiting.Turn up in person to get tickets and you stand in a queue of upto 50 people with one member off staff. Sat next to the staff member is another one but only deals with match day tours but has no queue whatsoever so they sit there twiddling their thumbs. Having mobility issues can't stand up waiting for long so end up leaving empty handed when surly the other member off staff could help out. Also when the ticket office was outside you would join the queue and there is always only one window open all the others are shut while we all stand there in the rain. CITY need to sort this terrible ticket office out as it is not fit for purpose and is an embarrassment to our club.

I am so disappointed with the way the team is playing😪😪😪😪. Manchester City Team needs to start playing like the champions that they are. Player start playing like a Team, no individual can win a game. What ever the brakedown is, fix it soon!

Not sure anybody at Man C bothers to look at the feedback they receive via Trustpilot. For the second time in recent months I tried to talk to the customer services team. After an hour and a half of waiting for someone to answer the phone I gave up.

My husband and I travelled from Canada to do the Etihad stadium tour and catch a game the next day. Everything was so well organized and had no issues. Our tour guide Ruby was amazing. We had the last tour time on a Friday night and she could have easily blown through the tour to go home which was NOT the case. Not only was she extremely informative about all the facts from the start of Man City to now, she made it so fun for all involved. Ruby is so personable and had patience with everyone wanting and asking her to take pictures over and over again. She really worked hard to make it enjoyable and we were lucky to have her. Give the girl a big raise because she deserves it.
Thanks Ruby for such a great time and making our trip from Canada that much better! We really enjoyed our time with you. All the best.

What a great day and tour. Dave H and Steve M٫ our guides were great and very informative. Made the kids feel like they were footballers for the day. We were a party of 7 4 kids and

I came across from Hull with my father in law and 8 year old son. The stadium tour was amazing mostly down to the tour guides the main one being Steve W. What a guy City fan from 9 years old there wasn't anything he didn't know and the passion he brought to his job was unbelievable. All ages groups attended and it was interesting for all. Amazing job. We then went on to the kids pre match fanzone, having never experienced this before I didn't know what to expect. It's a must do for any young Man City fan between 5 & 12. There was 4 competitions running which were all entered for free as well as the tickets been free it was so well organised and there was plenty to do for the kids with games, photo stations, football matches and refreshments. Bring your own food though as drinks were free but no food available. We had a surprise visit from Rodri and then had a drum and flag march to the stadium ready for the game. Amazing experience so interactive for the children. Great initiative from the club. Unfortunately we didn't manage to get game day tickets but even to soak up the atmosphere and do everything we did including pictures with all the trophies was a first class experience, one I'm sure my son will remember for all his years.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish, both guides were knowledgeable, allowing us to enjoy the different areas of the stadium without the rush, and yes this was on a matchday! We also enjoyed a matchday ticket so got to watch city! Great experience for any football fan! ⚽️👌

I ordered the Manchester City goalkeeper kit 24/25 season with Ederson printed on the back as a present for my 10 year old son. This was at a cost of £120, which is of course extortionate.

It became clear that the order would take at least two weeks to arrive, which was no good to me. I requested to cancel the order the following day via the Man City store web site. I received no response.

I still haven’t received the kit, and went again today to cancel the order as I received and e-mail to say it had been shipped.

I am now told it is too late to cancel the order, and a refund will not be possible due to the ‘personalised’ print on the kit.

DO NOT order from Manchester City. If you want their kit, order off a trusted and competent vendor.

Out of principle I will be taking them to small claims court if necessary as their customer service has been as incompetent as it is inadequate

What an amazing experience and what a ground. Took my 10yr old football fanatic son and we both loved it. Our tour guides Ian and Tom were absolutely fantastic and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend it to any football fan and I’m a Geordie supporter

We had Sam and Irene as tour guides ,Sam was very good and kept everyone involved on the tour ,I went with my daughter who thoroughly enjoyed it.look forward to coming back again.

The Man City Stadium Tour was amazing from start to finish. Two of the tour guides was playing football with my son before the tour started and our guides, Nathan & Hannah were brilliant!
This is something we will definitely be doing again.

The Manchester City stadium tour was fantastic from start to finish, staff were so helpful and friendly, our tour guide was Mark and he was amazing he made the tour great, and was so friendly and funny, all the adults and kids really enjoyed it,

Andy and Nathan were brilliant tour guides today. Very knowledgeable and funny made the tour really good fun. If I am not mistaken we had a "Traitor" on the tour - but don't tell his mum.

Had an issue with my match ticket like I told the advisor at the window on match day. My knees were starting to hurt from queuing up for so long all I wanted was to get it sorted and go inside to have a sit down from waiting so long in the cold weather.

Tried ringing the number I was given last time i had an issue at the city store and them lot on the phone are of no use, it’s as if they get paid to not want to help. I am in no way the complaining type and after several hiccups that find no permanent fix I am done biting the bullet on the matter and want to voice my opinion on the terrible customer experience this company run.

After trying to get in touch using the number I had been given I could not get through or hung up on several times through the week. So I decided to arrive earlier than usual on match day to speak to someone face to face. The kind lady tried to see if she could get a chair I could sit on while my issue got sorted. Waited 5 minutes until the manager came to the window to see what the problem was. He said he could not help but was supervising the matter. I wonder if this is because I was now the last person at the window? He was rude to myself, my family and the other staff members on his team, calling her incompetent, saying things such as ‘you have been here for years how can you not do this yet’ passive aggressive, looking impatient, asking the main Steward to tell me off if I try to lean on the metal queue dividers, looked like he didn’t care about helping me, seems he cared more about getting inside to catch the rest of the match as I caught him looking impatiently at his phone and announcing goal scorers.

I would avoid watching this team play, the staff try their best it seems but look understaffed or are clearly burnout from having such a useless manager, whoever hired him clearly is as incompetent as he is, as the advisors underneath him clearly do not enjoy being managed by him and he clearly has no clue what he’s doing, they would ask him for advise on what to do and he would roll his eyes and suggest they delegate the task to someone else as he didn’t want to deal with it, he even said ‘you are lucky you queued up because of you tried coming now we would have shut the ticket office by now.

I was appalled that a club with success that they have would have such an arrogant man in charge, rude, unhelpful and constantly speaking down on his team, I got his name which I believe was Lee, i hope this is looked into because I myself only watch football at the stadiums here and there as a treat or when I’m offered a spare ticket to socialise at the age I’m at now, I hope something is done about this because I am glad I do not have to interact with him on a day to day basis, makes sense why every season so many of the ticket office staff are gone I do not blame them!

We enjoyed our stay in the "Tunnel Club". Thank you, Libby, for the excellent and very kind service. Everything was perfectly organised and we certainly recommend this memorable experience in a very pleasant athmosphere.

Me and my wife took our 8 year old son on the stadium and Academy tour it was amazing. We all enjoyed ourselves. Stadium tour guides Tim and Roy were excellent. Tim had very good knowledge. On the Academy tour Steve and Ian were brilliant couldn’t of asked for more. Very good value for money 💰

We did a stadium tour and it was brilliant! We all loved it and found it very interesting, well worth it and even if you are not a footy fan you will enjoy! Our guides were brilliant, I think it was Natalie or Natasha but I’m not 100%, sorry 😬! She was brilliant and made it very interesting.
