Kits are a con and sizes are wrong and the club know it
I bought a size 7-8 Haaland Kit for my son age 7 and a half and honestly it would hardly fit a 6 year old. The shop will not refund, even though they have admitted that the sizes are too small. They say that having a Haaland kit is the same as having your own name on the kit and that they can't re-sell it but that's rubbish. These kits are sold out. They could sell this again in a heart-beat. The kit cost £107!! I am beyond furious, what a con. Apparently they expected me not to trust their sizing and to use a tape measure to double-check their sizes. How ridiculous. What a money-spinner for them; encourage fans to get a footballers name on the kit then refuse to refund. Shame on you ManCity.

Falling out of love with this club
Took my two kids to the store and as usual ended up spending over £100 on them, Standard! We then went for a walk round the stadium,halfway round my boy was desperate for a pee, so we proceeded to the tour entrance where we'd been a week earlier to see if they would let him use the toilet and he was point blanked refused, a 11 year old boy dressed head to toe in city gear. This isn't the family club that I used to love going to back in the day, just a greedy corporate organisation. Oh and ordered six tshirts from the online shop for holiday only now find out they won't come on time, this was over two weeks ago.

Hi, I PURCHASED A TOP FOR MY GRANDSON FOR HIS 9TH BIRTHDAY WHICH WAS ON FRIDAY THE 8TH OF SEPTEMBER, I ORDERED THE KIDS MAN CITY HOME JERSEY 2023/24 ON THE 1ST OF SEPTEMBER, IN ADDITTION TO HAALAND AND NUMBER 9 PRINTED ON THE BACK SIZE 9 -10 PLUS THE PREMIER LEAGUE CHAMPIONS BADGE AND THE PREMIER LEAGUE FONT PAYING £86.50 BY VISA CARD. AS I SAY HE ONLY TURNED 9 LAST WEEK SO THE SIZE I ORDERED SHOULD OF FITTED HIM BECAUSE THE OTHER SHIRTS HE WEARS ARE AGED 9, BUT ON SHIRT ARRIVING WE COULD CLEARLY SEE IT WAS NOT GOING TO FIT, AND IT WAS WAY TO SMALL, EVEN THOUGH THE LABEL SAYS 9-10 I BELIEVE THIS IS NOT CORRECT AS I THINK THE SHIRT IS MORE LIKE A 7-8 YR OLDS, I HAVE PICTURES OF THE SHIRT TAKEN UP AGAINST HIS OTHER SHIRTS AND YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE IT IS A LOT SMALLER, LEAVING ME WITH A VERY UPSET GRAND CHILD STILL WAITING FOR HIS BIRTHDAY PRESENT.
ON EMAILING THE ONLINE STORE I WAS TOLD THEY CAN'T CHANGE IT OR REFUND ME BECAUSE IT IS PERSONALISED, I KNOW YOUR A MULTI MILLION POUND COMPANY AND IM FULLY AWARE HAALAND IS THE FANS MOST FAVOURITE PLAYER SO THIS IS WHY I ORDERED SHIRT. LOYALTY MEANS NOTHING TO MCFC
My season ticket has still not downloaded , This week , I have spent over 7 hours on the phone and been to the ground twice , MCFC Employees could not download my season ticket but told me the old Ticket from last year would work and let me in for the Newcastle game . of course it did not and I had to get an official to let me in 3 minutes before kick off . I have sent three more e mails , none of which have been replied to . I have been a season ticket holder since Maine Road and now they are not even giving me the courtesy of a reply . The way that the MCFC treat fans is beyond belief . Loyalty means NOTHING ! I have not even had so much as an apology and my season ticket has still not downloaded . the service is absolutely atrocious . I never had this trouble with my plastic season card which I would love to return to . Thank you for publishing my review

I visited the Etihad stadium with my partner yesterday we had the passes for the stadium tour and the Training academy it was amazing and such a good experience for the money , our tour guide Steph was lovely and was great with all the kids on the tour got them involved and made the experience 10/10 , i would definitely recommend the academy tour also! We were took on a gold buggy by Graham the tour guide to a stone throw away academy where we got to see some of the players cars , over all was a great day we also received 10% off in the store !

I purchased a kit from the store and they used DHL to deliver my grandson's kit for his birthday. DHL delivered the kit on the date I asked them not too, due to both myself and my husband being at work, they left the kit outside my house and resulted in the kit being stolen, which Man City think is clearly acceptable. After numerous emails and adtemps Man City have been totally useless and will not refund or send a replacement. Now I have a very sad birthday boy and a awful taste in my mouth from this so called fantastic company, they should be ashamed of themselves!!!.
Stadium Tour
We visited the stadium and had the guided tour with Ray & Elaine.
Had my 8 year old son with me who is a massive City fan. Ray made it all the more special for him and the other children, that were on the tour, by making it all about them and letting them take part throughout the tour at various times. The highlight for me was when Ray put the music and they came down the stairs from the dressing room like true Premier League players. A great day out - even my other son who is a Liverpool supporter enjoyed it. Thank you to all the staff on the day everyone was friendly and helpful and a special thank you to Ray.
Bought ticket for Man City v Leeds…
Bought ticket for Man City v Leeds match last season, match moved from Sunday to Saturday, as I was travelling from Kent, could not attend match equals very disappointed fan as these are very rare treats for this 60 year old Man City fan.
Submitted refund and reply was refund within 30 days.
Since then, so many promises my request is with finance, with fans support manager etc, chose to believe and trust each promise from such a large fan led organisation would be true to its word, well the opposite is true.
Today, was promised Lee Dearden, Senior Fans Manager ‘promised’ to phone and sort out this debt Man City owe….another false promise!!!!!
Well Man City, I’ll never stop supporting the team, as I will never stop until you pay your dues.
Man City FC tour guide is a must!
We have just come back from Manchester after a busy sunny day, we visited the beloved Eithad Stadium and had a tour at 2.30pm. We had our bags checked thoroughly, ataff were very clear about our next steps before the tour. When it began we were introduced to Andy our guide, great guy, very informative, passionate about the club and full of interesting facts. (There was another guy but I apologise I cannot remember his name)
The tour was great, we enjoyed it a lot, annoyed with a few "hoggers" who only cared about getting their photos rather than to take it in turns, but this is not a reflection on the tour guides just be wary that even adults haven't learnt to share.
Also in the shop we had to queue for a while until a staff member reluctantly came over to serve, one member of staff was already taking a substantial payment from a customer in front of me and taking his time with him, as he should, but no help from other staff until a queue built up.
The stadium was extremely clean everywhere we went, staff were polite and smiling.
Cost was accurate and acceptable, would recommend to any fans, or otherwise, to see the history and the stadium in all its glory.
Thank you for making our day enjoyable and my sons 16th birthday present very special.

Terrible day out for a stadium tour!
For Christmas we bought our nephew a stadium tour at the Etihad on Sat 6th May, 1pm when booking this city had the Leeds game on Sunday which with work we couldn’t go to, before the tour date the Leeds game gets moved to the Saturday so now we couldn’t use the grounds official parking. On the day we found a small car park not far from the ground, went to the city store and was told we missed our tour which started at 11pm instead of 1pm but we were not notified my phone or email about these changes, and was told we wasn’t allowed to go on the 1pm tour because we didn’t have tickets and was not allowed to purchase tickets on the day because we may be Leeds supporters, Joke!(12 year old boy in full city kit) was able to jump on the tour that left before we got there but missed seeing the start so basically got a walk around the pitch. the tour guide was great not his fault, but then immediately after the tour my pregnant girlfriend needed the toilet and they wouldn’t let us or my partner walk back inside to use it, and at the outside drinking area staff wouldn’t let us use those toilet because we didn’t have tickets and couldn’t purchase them earlier when we asked.
After we went back to the car to see the car trapped in the car park. Had to wait until 6pm to be able to drive home. Absolute sham of an experience, very disappointed young fan and disgusting treatment to a pregnant woman!
Very poor slow service
We arrived at a busy Manchester City store 20/05/2023.
we wanted a shirt printed with a players name so we paid for the item and joined a large queue, after waiting 35mins and getting nowhere we began to talk in the crowd with other customers. A gentleman further along the queue had been waiting 45mins and the person before him needed 10 shirts printed. We could see that all of the pressing stations were very slow and not all were manned. It was very hot and not much air conditioning, I decided to leave the queue after 40 mins and complained rather heatedly to someone who said they were in charge. She told me that they were going as fast as they could but I pointed out to her that at least two of the presses where unmanned, I was told they were on a break! there were a lot of staff behind the tills not doing anything. Had I been told I would have to wait at least one hour I definitely would not have purchased the lettering.You would assume that on a busy Saturday and days after the new kit was released that the service for these very expensive items would be excellent but sadly it wasn't. I now have to return midweek to complete my order.

Have been a season ticket holder since 1974 and the ticket office is worse now than ever. Spent 2 hours as ambulant supporter on the phone waiting then when it was my turn they cut me off. Son took us to the ticket office instead only to see one window open the other 9 shut and a big queue waiting in the wind and rain so we went home. Also been to the ticket office in the shop only to be met with a massive queue and only one person dealing with fans. A club as big as we are it's an absolute disgrace how us fans are treated and after the Brentford ticket fiasco something needs to be done with the ticket office and phone line as its become a joke. now 2 years later ticket office worse now than ever and can't get through by phone or email what is going on
