After “one delivery to try us” which my wife paid for, now we get delivery every Friday! We NEVER signed up for that NOR we will be paying for it! Their phone doesn’t work, they don’t have an email to send a message to! Moreover the exact same milk at Tesco is £2 cheaper!
Edit: After three tries finally went through and got all cancelled.
Edit to two stars the review as I find this a terrible practice to offer "one off" and immediately sign you up and you have to chase to cancel. Not sure who came up with this, but should be illegal!

deliving to the wrong address
The problem seems to have sorted it self out now but my milk kept going to the wrong house and then not turning up but the last twice it has come to the right house and been there.

I absolutely love this milk delivery company. The milk is so fresh and tasty, the service is excellent, the delivery is always good timing. I can’t wait to be able to restart mine up again when I can. If you want fresh, tasty and quick milk then this company is the one. You can order different things on the website to come each week as well as milk. My partner loved there chocolate milk!

Still waiting for my July and now August credits even after multiple phone calls.
Still waiting for my July credit , even after spekaing to the number i was given after my first one star review. I have, in total paid £29.32 and all I got for that, that I could use was an apple and an orange juice on my first delivery. My delivery instructions hadn't appeared on the wesite so my yoghurts and dairy were left where it gets warm, they had started to turn. My first order was for £11.45 , I rang straight away and was told my two yoghurts and milk would be refunded this was July, i'm still waiting for that very first refund. My next order was two orange juice , I paid and got them. Then I got an email saying a sytem error had occured but my direct debit wouldn't be taken again, it was, it was taken again four days later, not yet refunded. I then got charged a further two direct debits and got nothing as I had previously spoke and after getting no earlier refunds, I rang again, cancelled the orders and said I was closing my account once my refunds were in my bank. The money was taken out my account , not yet refunded. So I rang, yet again and even then after giving my payment details to affect the refunds have still not got them. Basically I have paid £29.32 for three orange juice and one apple juice. (I previously stated i paid £29.73, I was incorrect as I had added it up wrong).

I was told by the door to door…
I was told by the door to door annoyance that I would only be signing up for a free trial and that I would be contacted and asked if I wanted to go ahead and start the direct debit. Well this never happened and I ended up receiving milk which we didn't agree to. My fault, I should have cancelled straight way but I left it a few weeks and then received a message to pay x amount for the milk.
I only wanted to cancel as we just don't use alot of milk, can't fault the product, when used it tasted like quality milk.
