Convenient service
This the second time we have tried Mcqueens. The first time wasn't good but this time has been fine. I contacted customer service via the live chat today as my direct debit hasn't been working and Jamie was super friendly and helpful.
My only gripe would be that we have to stay up until the milk gets delivered (usually between midnight and 1am) so it doesn't sit outside too long.

With regards to your delivery time, our drivers do aim to deliver between 11pm and before 7am depending on where your house is on their route.

Shocking customer service
If I could have given no stars I would have. I ordered deliveries back in May and they have only decided now at the end of August that I have an outstanding balance,(which I’ve cleared) the text I received was rude. I phoned up to query this and the woman was rude, I cleared the balance and I said I wanted to close my account as this wasn’t the 1st time I had issues with them. They have now sent an email saying I have an outstanding balance of £0.00 and they are going to take me to court! Customer service is appalling.

Receive deliveries on a Thursday morning, I chose glass bottles to avoid plastics but it really is to everyone's preference. The milk is tasty and fresh. I would highly recommend this service, never a let down. Fantastic over all!

Been using McQueens dairies for over 12 months and only experienced excellent service. Had to get in touch re a delivery today, and spoke to a representative via the instant chat. My issue was addressed straight away and was resolved. Great service.

Milk deliveries
Someone came round our door to ask if we were interested in getting milk delivered. They took my details and said this is you simply showing an interest in getting milk delivered. On Monday you will receive a text to confirm and set up your delivery. No text or email received and we started receiving milk on the Tuesday.I phoned after a couple of weeks as no one had been in touch for payment. My address was against someone else’s name and contact details! Was going to cancel but decided to give it another month trial. Sorted that out, paid up to date and set up a weekly direct debit and email confirmed it was weekly. Most deliveries were fine and the milk was great but on a few occasions the milk started to turn before expiry date, by a few days. Also noticed when taking the milk in at 8am in the morning it no longer felt chilled as outside too long and it’s summer time. Decided to cancel deliveries so phoned and customer service said ur weekly direct debit should come out today for last week so you only owe for today’s milk so paid that over the phone. Then today I get an email and text to say I still owe two weeks. The direct debit was set up as monthly even though my email confirmed weekly payment. Customer services were good through the whole process but there has too many mistakes right from the beginning. Also noticed milk was delivered on occasions closer to midnight than 6am. Milk products should not be out of refrigeration as long which is a huge issue and reason milk was turning before expiry date. Company is needing more staff to deliver over a shorter time frame to ensure product quality.
