Boxes opened. Both ends opened infact top is torn. How are we supposed to trust things we are injecting when boxes are opened

Taking money before order fulfilled
My first two orders for mounjaro were fairly smooth, but trying to change to Wagovy because of the cost, I currently have two orders on hold with full payment taken out of my bank account ( over £200) and I can’t get a response from Medexpress.
Going to give it another couple of weeks then try to get a refund. I would rather have the medication as I’ve lost 2stone over approximately 5 month on the lowest dose of mounjaro by intermittent fasting, moving more and trying to cut right back on processed food. I’ve also reversed my type 2 diabetes.
I have a low dose and a higher dose of Wagovy on order ( long story) but as I said zero communication from Medexpress.
Unacceptable service

For my 12.5 pen which is my next step up.they asked again for verification. E mails taking ages to reply to . So have now missed my dose which inhibits my journey and im fuming .
Order now cancelled and moved over to another supplier.

Feeling gaslighted my Medexpress
Feeling gaslighted by Medexpress. They messaged me telling it was time to reorder & when I did they wouldn’t prescribe.
Just had another message asking me to reorder. It’s too late now I’ve ordered through Ashcroft pharmacy no issues & was also much cheaper. So thanks for driving me away
Received my 2nd order on time no…
Received my 2nd order on time no issues, injected my 1st dose of 0.5mg Wegovy, however, on week 2, I could not inject my 2nd jab, the pen faulted and would not load to the prescribed amount, on inspection it looked like the pen was actually empty, it should have arrived containing 2mg, it obviously arrived with only the 0.5mg...contacted medexpress via 3 mails over 48hrs, not had a single response, absolutely shocking customer service, very quick to send another mail to re-order as it was 13days since my last, you can guess where that mail went !
Stay well away from these low life scammers..no interest once they have your money !!!
Ordered medication
Ordered medication, med express took the money out of my account immediately. Afterwards they asked for evidence of prescription which I supplied then no contact. I emailed over and over. Made a complaint on line and still no reply. No customer care. No regards. They are a fraud. Luckily my bank refunded me but still to this day I have had no reply or acknowledgement from medExpress. Nearly £260 they have had from me for nothing.
Stay away. They clearly are a scam. Maybe they supply some people but most are treated like me.

Horrendous customer service
Absolute no issue whatsoever until I tried to order my last dose of mounjaro.
They badger you with emails to order the next dose quickly. I use mine every ten days and get the 5th dose out of mine. So when I came to order the last dose they refused and offered me the 2.5… they are insane! Shambles of a company
Disgusting customer service and care
Ordered an paid for next day before 1pm. Not received. Received email saying 10th December. I was relying on these meds. No customer service no care or consideration. Fuming is a understatement
Medication arrived unsealed
Medication arrived unsealed, will not replace it. Tried to tell me that perforated seals can magically open due to humidity, absolute bullshit, there was no damage to any packaging and has clearly been opened. Jumped through every hoop they've asked for, sending videos and they still want me to use medication that arrived unsealed and won't replace it. £263 worth of useless medication, would anyone in their right mind inject unsealed medication? Terrible service! 0 stars!

Took my payment 3 times but no order confirmation and no item received!!!
Refused refund.
Due to a page error on the website, i thought I was purchasing my antibiotics after pressing 'pay' the page instantly went back to my shopping basket which indicated that the transaction had not gone through so I pressed pay again and the same thing happened again.. I tried to cancel the order, checked my bank account and both transactions had been processed and money take out of my account.
Having emailed Medexpress, they requested a ln order number which I did not recieve, I sent them all my details, screenshots of evidence and now I'm in a bit of an argument with them for a refund! Seems like the company are quick enough to take my money but won't give me it back due to a lack of 'evidence' on their system.
Looks like I'm not the only customer this has happened too!

Tried to order an item for which money was taken from my account but the item was not added to my Med Expess account. I was told it was an IT issue which was fair enough so reordered and exactly the same thing happened. Took numerous emails and calls to get the refund sorted and then decided to try with a different bank card and just the same again. I am now fighting to get the third refund without much success.
In my opinion they should be investigated by the Care Quality Commission on a number of counts. I read with interest it is just not me that this has happened to.

My experience with med express was awful and I still have not received a refund. My advice is do not use this company you will be either ignored and only receive meaningless messages with no help receiving the goods you have paid for.
There are many companies you can get a professional service from, NOT MED EXPRESS
