All great for a while but went downhill

All great for a while, despite very poor communication set up -email links to reorders don’t link to my account and i have to re-enter most details every time - but nuisance value rather than a real problem. However they are now sending me emails offering a15%discount which don’t work. Assumed a glitch so contacted them. Apparently codes don’t work for the sole product i order from them and is the only thing in my online basket which triggered the email when i didn’t complete!! Very poor service

Real safety concerns and poor customer service

Very poor. I ordered Mounjaro 5mg from MedExpress Enterprises Ltd. My meds took over 73 hours to reach me. Dispatched on Monday night and delivered on Thursday night. Royal Mail confirmed they do not keep packages cool unless it says so on packaging, which it did not. The ice that was put in to keep the contents cool and from being compromised had melted, but a long time ago as the content was warm. Concerned, I read the details on the website and it confirmed that if the delivery takes longer than 48 hours and the one has not been kept at a temperature below 30 degrees then it should not be used. It says to confirm by checking the Royal Mail tracking service to see exactly when the meds were despatched and delivered. Despite my reporting to MedExpress my concerns they responded that it was safe without reading my concerns, just quoting irrelevant stuff from their website. When I responded to that agent a different agent responded to me with the same nonsense but lying about the delivery times. I sent a screenshot of the Royal Mail tracker showing exactly the times and still they lied and said it’s ok as it was within 48 hours. I sent screenshots of their own website which says not to use it, even if it looks fine. Yet they kept responding with a different agent every time who copied what the last one said. I said I was concerned with injecting with meds that had been exposed to high heat for safety reasons, and so I want them to sent a different batch. They are welcome to get this batch but I don’t feel it’s safe. Either that or refund me the £203+ that I paid for this dodgy batch. Despite sending a video of my opening the package with melted bags of ice and sending screen shots of their own online advice, they continued to send nonsense information totally unrelated to the issue. In the end I was so frustrated I told them the service was poor and I no longer wanted a new batch, just my refund. They have simply said they font accept returns as if I’m just changing my mind! So I am now preparing to go to the regulators to escalate my complaint. I think it’s truly irresponsible if not illegal to expect me to inject with meds that have been compromised which their website warns against.
The amount if agents that sent me nonsense showing they had not read my concerns was infuriating and I guess designed to shut you up by repetitive bs. This also highlights their service is not that fast so forget it bring ‘express’. If they are not willing to protect their customers from the harm that the drug company itself warns against, then I would wide berth them and get it somewhere else. There are real safety concerns at MedExpress so protect yourselves from harm. I can see from the reviews that I’m not alone with giving a bad review, so read them and go somewhere else! Now on to the General Pharmaceutical Council with my concerns!

FRAUDULENT ORDER

My husband has flagged FRAUDULENT orders on his account, going to the same address every time, pertaining to be for him and they’re NOT!!
No response.
Third FRAUDULENT order he’s requested to close his account. Not least because they are PRESCRIPTION drugs, not for his use, but in HIS name!
No response.
So even FRAUD and they do NOTHING!

There is no customer service

There is no customer service, no one you can ask for help with your order. If you make a mistake they don't care and just take your money. It is a lot of money so choose another company, there are plenty to chose from. Med express sounds official but they really have no care for their customers.

Worst experience of my life I wish I…

Worst experience of my life I wish I had checked here first!’

Placed an order waiting almost a week after paying to even get a response for them to then tell me my order had been cancelled as hadn’t submitted ID and photo which was NEVER MENTIONED BEFORE THEY TOOK almost £200 payment. I then had to redo the order pay ANOTHER almost £200 for them to tell me my ID expired 2 TWO days earlier so they cancelled it again. I’m now out out £400 and have to wait 10 working days to get my money back!!

Absolute nightmare and definitely will be alerting everyone I know to stay clear!!!

Well...just go to boots. Not worth hassle

Well.... ordered monjaro twice. 2 order- no issues. Had a death in family in may. Slight break didn't reorder for 6 weeks. Went for the reorder prior to the nationwide advert of the price increace. They took the money- sat on the order for over a month ignoring my emails before then refusing me treatment. At 11 stone and 5ft 3 - apparently I don't need it. Wish I went to a reputable company like boots and not med express.

Needed my meds for honeymoon

Needed my meds for honeymoon, took them 3 weeks to say they couldn’t give me them! I was rejected despite meeting the threshold. Had about 6 different staffers engage with me on it. They kept £160ish and took weeks to refund. Now on honeymoon with no access to medication. Disgraceful.

Never received order, won’t refund!

Said never got my order but happy enough to take payment out of my account for it! Currently fighting for a refund but they are saying payment wasn’t to them. Try to log on or change password and their site doesn’t work ! Nightmare unhelpful company

Customer service is awful !

Customer service is awful
Won't allow me to buy next dose up because I still have lower dose pens to use which I'm sick of explaining to them are no longer suppressing me hence needing next dose up and it's just back and forth emails getting me absolutely nowhere although they were happy to sell multiple pens to people in August apparently suddenly I cant have the next dose up because it would be irresponsible of them as a provider ! I'm sure they just make it up as they go along .
There are much better providers out there that actually do listen to you and work with you so I suggest if you are thinking of going on your weight loss journey you chose a different provider to med express .

Underhand tactics

Oh my goodness! Where to start? Awful company and I have had the same experience as everyone else who has posted in the last few weeks!! Getting nowhere with emails they just sent a copy and paste response. no idea what is going on with this company but it is not good! They seem to be using some real underhand tactics! My advice is stay clear and change supplier

So bad

So bad. After multiple emails and phone calls. Trying to sort my order out . I still had no response . One of the call workers had a crying baby and had to put me on hold to calm her baby down. As a mother I sympathise as a customer I was a bit annoyed. But regardless of the phone calls their emails system is shocking. They prioritise new customers over old . Shocking. Never use. Superdrug pharmacy have now got my money and will remain with them and their speedy delivery and responses.

Horrendous Company to deal with

Med express took £153 off me on August 25th for the next dose of 5mg I needed they then didn’t have it in stock and didn’t update me at all. On the 5th September they claimed to of delivered the medication but it was no where to be seen. I filed a complaint and 7 days later they agreed a refund (which I have screenshot proof from ,from a member of staff called Jemma)but since have gone quiet. I have sent numerous emails.The next stage is trading standards.

This company should not be operating!!

This company should be shut down as they are playing with people's physical and mental health. Their customer service which is basically nonexistent is very poor!

I had no issue with these guys until my 4th mounjaro order when they sent me a pen with an open box on Aug 16th. I told them I would not use it going by the first rule of medicine - Do not use if seal is broken - and they needed to send a replacement. They tried to persuade me both via email and over the phone to use the pen regardless of the box being opened and I disagreed stating that of there was a seal on the pen I might have considered but the only protection the pen has is the box which was open. To cut the long story short, after so many emails and phones calls with a minimum of 45 mins wait on each one, I was promised that they will send a replacement but I had to send the one I had with me back. I sent it back and they refused to replace it. After a while, they refunded and asked me to reorder a new one at the new price despite ordeing the faulty one they delivered long before the price increase and by this time I had missed my jab for 3 whole weeks. I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked that they either send a replacement or I order a new one at no extra cost. One of their agents agreed and promised I'll be refunded the new cost so I don't pay anything out of pocket. Till date, that has not happened. I raised a complaint about this, narrating the whole ordeal and guess the response I got??? The same copy and paste response about me going ahead to use the pen even thought the box is empty. The same response they sent when I first raised it in August and despite clearly stating in my complaint that I had returned the pen! ABSURD!!!!

I am definitely taking this up legally and escalating to the authority that governs and regulates them and their operations. This is ridiculous!

Avoid no good

I ordered on the 18th August wygovy and was told I would have to wait for my order. The money was taken straight away. Two weeks later no order. Contacted then got the same message back again. 3 weeks I contacted them again this time I ordered then to issue a refund or I will get my back to recover the money. I got my refund. Then I get a £30 coupon to use for all my trouble and I’ve been told 3 times I’m not able to get weight loss medication due to not being eligible but nothing has changed at all since I last ordered so people I would say go elsewhere as they’re absolutely rubbish avoid.
