Wondershare makes great software for video and audio edit, no doubt. I have been using Uniconverter and Filmora for a couple years or more now. It truly does anything and everything I need. Just when you think you have all the tricks/tips down, you find out that it can do even more. Great products, great customer service. Do yourself a favor and go ahead and invest in Wondershare. I am glad that I did.

Accidentally bought uniconverter 15 for Mac so when I contacted support and explain that I wanted the Windows version they were very helpful and speedily dealt with my problem, even pointing out that I can have a discount so in the end I ended up getting the correct windows version plus paying less money. Result!!

First off, great software at a good price, so nothing but positive feedback there.
For a small technical issue I had to get in touch with customer service. A speedy response, very professional and committed and am happy to mention they solved my issue quite a lot faster than expected.

They clear some mess the web has mixing versions, subscriptions, etc. They were very helpfull a patient while I worked towards solving my problems, that in a sense were problems of mine.

Finding good software adapted to your needs is already very important! To also have a company that is available to answer any questions you may have is great. This is the case with the solutions I purchased from WonderShare! A 360° solution! Software and support. Top!

Just truly amazing

My wife and retired about 3 years ago and I began using Amazon for a couple items. I found it was so easy and convenient, I began ordering more and more and since I became a Prime member, the free shipping makes it even better. With the cost of gasoline and being concerned about crimes in stores, this has been a no-brainer for us. I usually get at least one or two shipments a week and will continue to use Amazon for many items.

False advertising: "Use Media.io video editor to make professional videos online for free without watermarks. Easy and effective."
It is not free. You have to pay to get rid of the watermark.

I would have given a 5-star rating for customer service, particularly once email communication was established rather than chat conversations. I dealt with different people, all very helpful. The product UniConverter 15 is very good and easy enough to use for a not Tech-Savvy person. If an upgrade could include Chapters for DVD and BD discs, it would be excellent. The one star I took off is because I do agree with some criticism regarding the refund policy. There needs to be absolute transparency and clarity without having to go through all the small print.

This Company's software is easy to use and works great. The Customer Service is excellent. The only slight drawback is that I can only use 8X Disks for burning. In Canada the common disk availability is 16X. 8X is getting harder and harder to find. If Wondershare could rework the software to permit burning of 16X disks, it would be the best on the planet
