Absolutely love the virbo application! I have created some awesome explainer videos for my branded products. It's easy to use and well worth the price. I got the monthly plan to try it out and will definitely keep the subscription. Totally fits what I need. I may try Filmora next.
I purchased Wondershare DemoCreator. But during the Christmas sales period I saw the same offer for this editor with the added Speech-to-Text option, so I rushed to buy a second license at a discount. However, as with the previous license, the STT option required additional payment to work. I was disappointed, of course, but I was impressed by the work of the support team I contacted. Ronn in chat responded very quickly and tried to help. The misunderstanding was identified and the money for the second license was refunded. While I was waiting for the refund, the support staff did not leave me with their attention. I realized that such a team is great to deal with and I am looking into purchasing other Wondershare programs. Thank you Ronn , Jhasmin and Louise!
The Media.io AI Portrait Generator is a complete failure. I purchased an annual plan to generate LinkedIn photos for a middle-aged woman, and what did I get? Male photos! I selected female profile pictures again, and what did I receive? Pictures of a young girl with an age difference of approximately 15 years. No matter what profile I chose, I received pictures of a woman 15 years younger. A total waste of time and money.

There is no such thing as free ai generate photo.
I know they want to make money from the tool, and I'm happy with that, but when you say free it should be free. at least free trial, but no you have to pay to even try. So I don't recommend this kind of tool.
I raised request for refund on the same day when I purchased license for entire year. But they said that they can only do this if there's a technical issue and whether that is a technical issue or jot, it will be decided by them. This is what they are doing after giving 15 or 30 day refund policy. Here I am listing just a few pain points that I experienced
1. 1st problem is very tedious login on every app. I mean this problem is so trivial, how can they leave it like this?
2. I mainly purchased the license for auto subtitle, with trial account we can't generate subtitle and when I purchased I found that the style option is very limited, also no highlighting. I get the same result with kdenlive for free and now YouTube create does better job
3. There background noise cancelling is very basic. Even after 3 repetition I can still clearly hear the humm noise
4. Licensing is very confusing. There is no place where you can see your access limit to all tools that you get. Even there support staff told me that I get unlimited access to all tools and that is not at all true. I used there video background removal tool, they basically gave me 2 or 4 min for entire month. If I need more I'll have to purchase more minutes, this is what I get for purchasing license for entire year.
4. I used there AI voice: it sound so artificial that it feels irritating and emotionless. It's unusable.
5. If you are editing video in their editor and want to use noise cancellation (for example) then you'll have to go to noise cancellation tool and clear audio there. Where as almost all other alternatives has option right in the editor itself to save time and make process smoother
6. In there video background remover. Once you downloaded the video, you can't download that again. Yes! Even the same video. Just imagine, that due to some random issues the download failed then you'll have to use your credit again to do the same task.
I can only go on with problems with media.io.Specially there support, they literally took 18 minutes to say Hi when I was 1st in queue.

I signed up with media.io, thinking it would remove watermarks, but was redirected to Wondershare. Unfortunately, the platform failed to remove the watermarks effectively, resulting in poor quality, smudged images despite numerous attempts. Dissatisfied with the service and the quality of the images, I requested a refund the following day. However, after multiple emails and attempts to troubleshoot the issue, they ultimately denied my refund request after 15 days, citing company policies. My experience with their service, which I learned is based in Hong Kong, was very disappointing. I advise against signing up for their service.
It’s a good software but unfortunately no Linux version which should not be hard because all dependencies are in the cloud!
If now what to do one then self then collaborate with KDENLIVE And make all the plugins work together with Kdenlive and you still need the subscription to access all the addons and plugins and so fort!
Software is fine. But the subscription model is aggressive marketing method and should be handled with care. Make sure to pay by PayPal and you'll be good.

Appalling customer experience. I used their website to try and generate an AI professional image but it failed to generate one, I did pay however. I exchanged messages with them, quoting transaction ids, payment references repeatedly eventually a HELPDESK ticket was opened.
Everytime they asked me a question via this route however it got ignored or the system misrouted it, I managed to email directly one of the individuals who acknowledged this and yet they followed up via their HELPDESK system again.
I asked initially for help to get the images generated, I then asked for a refund, I have neither and they have some of my images on their system and they stopped responding to me.
Based on my experience I wouldn’t use these people or products ever again. Shocking.

I honestly believe that Wondershare does care. These are frustrating times. Most companies, not all, but a lot more than ever before I find have use the virus excuse to raise rates while throwing up never-ending gauntlets to do everything to isolate themselves from the people who pay their bills. Thank you Wondershare for being the exception. I've been here a longtime, and although I had less than stellar reviews for you in the past, you apparently were the company to listen and conform to what I consider, a very consumer friendly company. Thank You! You've earn my loyalty!

It was impossible to get the windows filmora refund so I gave up. You had better not take any money out of my account for next years subscription.
