Bad experience with the delivery of a washing machine from medianarkt
I ordered a washing machine. It was delivered the agreed date but:
- the delivery company slammed the machine on the floor causing damage on it
- They installed it quickly, but 20 minutes later they came back again to remove four large screws (which they had probably forgotten to remove earlier) and left saying "all is well" now
They didn't answer any of my questions. Very professional service I would say.
