Fast trustful and even a free probe which i wanted for years IM VERY SATISFIED AND I ALREADY ORDER NEW PRODUCTS TODAY!!!!

This's the slowest online pharmacy and not the best prices. they take forever till they send orders, but surprisingly my last order was unusually fast.
I'm their customer since more than three years, but not anymore.
since i started dealing with them i've never contacted them or complained about slow delivery or even about medicines with short expiry date till today but their customer service was not helpful at all.
Today I have reached a point of no return and i can't handle dealing with this online pharmacy anymore. not only because of the slow delivery but mostly because of short expiry dates.
for example, in April 2020 they sent me a pack of 100 Aspirin tablets (Expiry. 10.2022) today and after exactly one year i've received the same item but with expiry date till 06.2022 and also "Artelac Splash EDO" which i never managed to use the complete pack in two years but today they sent me a pack with exactly one year expiry date (it should be 3 years) and it happened before that i received medicines with 3-5 months expiry dates.
That's the end of the story of this pharmacy and NEVER AGAIN!

Quick Delivery. Would use this online service again

I have rated one star because there was no option for NONE. But the reader will judge by himself. in 2020 i bought products for 143 euros that were to be sent to Spain. The package never arrived. I wrote to the seller but got no answer. I started an investigation with DHL who gave me proof of delivery. The address in the delivery document did not match the one i had given to Medikamente.
The company never took responsibility for anything. I presented the case to Paypal and they refunded me. Now Medikamente PK requieres that i pay them 243.25 euros because "they never got a paymemnt from me". Have you ever seen a company deliver a merchandise without first being paid ?
Now, more twisted than this is difficult to get.

I received very good service, as one bottle was broken, when I received the parcel. It was exchanged in few days. The products are in the top quality. Thank you.

Not my first order - but this is how it goes:

1. You order 12.1.2021 and pay at the same time
2. Order received - no more.
3. 15.1.2021 - You mail and ask for a status
4. 16.1.2021 - You receive a reply stating the obvious (order received, will be processed a.s.a.p).
5. You wait for another 8-10 working days minimum before they FINALLY ship the order.

I cannot find another supplier for the itens I order that is the ONLY reason why I still place orders with them 3-4 times a year.

Do not order from them if you expect to receive your items fast.

- Slow delivery: I placed my order at sunday dec. 6th. It was shipped on friday dec. 11th and received it wednesday dec. 16th in The Netherlands.

- Incomplete order: I received my order without one product. It appears it was not available, while the web site still shows the product is in stock. Without the product it makes my whole order unusable.

- No communication: they didn't contact me to discuss the product which was not in stock. All kinds of solutions we're possible, but not sending the order incomplete without discussing the possibilities.

- Damaged products: some of the ampuls were shattered, probably due to transport.

- No reaction to mail. I send a mail with these complaints on december 16th, but still no reaction. Therefor I'm stil waiting for a solution and meanwhile cannot use the products I ordered.

Paid for the product and didnt hear anything from the apotheke. Said in the internet takes 2 days delivery.i called after that and was three days later.

I ordered a medicine that requires a prescription from this Pharmacy. They confirmed they had received the prescription, but I have not received a confirmation that the medicines have been sent, nor have the medicines arrived after two weeks.

I have called and emailed them several times. I haven't got a reply. It seems very disorganized.

Could not find this product anywhere else (where they would deliver to austria) - product arrived really fast and fully intact! I was very happy with medikamente per klick :)

Super prices, super service and super fast and cheep shipping to Denmark. I can only recommend everyone to shop here

Good prices but despite sky high fees for delivery, it took several weeks for the parcel to arrive. Can't say that customer service seemed to care and came across as unfriendly and unprofessional. Would not order again.
