SCAM…I ordered a one month supply back…

SCAM…I ordered a one month supply back in February. They continue to send every month and charge me for it. I never set up an account. No way to contact except through email. They apologized once but have continued to send charging me each month….have sent emails asking them to stop and get nowhere. Additionally it looks like white specks have covered the chews….mold? No way I want my dog to consume these.

I placed my order for the buy one get…y

I placed my order for the buy one get one bed four days ago and realized I put the wrong city so I've been trying to contact them for 3 days. I emailed seven times
I have called that number and it just tells me to go the website to email them and then disconnects. They've already got my money which is 69.99 so either need a refund or I need them. Let me know. They got my email and I can change my city that I lived in. No reply no answer. I'll give him seven more days and then I'll report this. So looking forward to healthy beds for my pups; (

They replied back to me. Going to refund my money. I didn't ask for a refund. I just wanted the pillows but I apologize to them and as soon as I get my refund I WOULD love the pillows
THAT'S WHY I ORDERED THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE
They just need to answer emails faster than what they do thank you very much I hope it ends well for all of us

I usually skip these adds for pet…

I usually skip these adds for pet supplements as i do not trust them. I saw these and saw they were organic and was excited to give them a try. I must say the service, product and support has been really great so far.

I would give 0 stars if available

I would give 0 stars if available. Never received order but double charged for 2 months. Only get email responses after threatening them. Still haven't received refund over 200.Giving til end of week and then taking different steps. Total scammers

Customer Service non-existent

I have tried to reach this company by phone and by email to no avail. The email address they have listed is non-existent and if you call the phone number listed it is an automated response directing you to the email address that does not exist. I want to cancel my subscription to their products but there is obviously no way to contact them legitimately.
