Vet was very informative and caring for my cat.

Fantastic has cv always, Lotties very anxious and they are always fantastic with her.

We brought our 2 dogs for a planned castration. To very different dogs with 2 very different personalities but who adore each other. The staff looked after them extremely well giving one to one care and reassurance to our most anxious pup. They were kept together to reduce anxiety for both. The team were friendly and caring but also enjoyed and shared their experience of our dogs with funny feedback and tales of their stay. The after care information was clear and succinct. We can’t thank everyone in the team enough. Back in a couple of days for a check up and further aftercare. Excellent. Would highly recommend, thank you all.

I've been taking my cats to Petts Wood surgery for many years and they have always been excellent. The whole team are really caring and professional. We've unfortunately had a lot of poor health issues with our senior cat recently. Sara, the head vet, always take time to discuss our options and has been wonderful in supporting us to do what is right for his quality of life. Highly recommended.

I have been with Medivet/Jacksons Vets for some time now with my current 2 Spaniels and welcomed a 3rd Spaniel rescue puppy at the weekend. Medivet are always so friendly and approachable and really do care and take an interest and it was a very positive experience for puppy's 2nd vaccinations.

I have just paid the last instalment of £1200 they charged me to keep a cat in for the night, administer pain killers and do an unnecessary ultra sound. If I had had another £3000 they would have amputated my cats tail. As I could not afford it they made me feel so bad it made me ill, telling me she could die or have all kinds of terrible suffering. The next day I saw an honest and experienced vet, he told me that it was just a pulled tail and it would heal without any vet intervention.
I am writing this review today as I am free of this place and my cat's tail is after about 6 weeks, now healed and standing up tall when she is doing zoomies etc! If I had listened to the disgusting vets at Medivet I would have got in debt that I can't afford as an OAP and my little cat would not have a tail.

The staff are always lovely and the vet never rushes an examination.Our two year old cocker spaniel is always happy and relaxed there.

Such a friendly and welcoming Vets. They take such wonderful care of my dogs.
I love how you always get a warm welcome when you walk in and the staff all know your pets.
Annette on reception is always very helpful and friendly.
Today my dog Poppy went for her annual vaccination with the Vet Enzo. Such a lovely friendly Vet, he was so kind and gentle with Poppy.

Friendly experience and explained everything

Excellent service as always from Medivet. We are always treated with such care and kindness when visiting with our 3 cats. Staff are excellent and very knowledgeable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Medivet.

I can’t fault the care my cat received, or the attentiveness and professionalism of the vet who debriefed us after her dental surgery. However I was surprised that no one gave me any information beforehand about how to prepare my cat for the surgery - I had to phone and ask.

At both drop off and pick up things seemed chaotic in the reception area, with everything the receptionist dealt with seeming to take absolutely ages. (Not sure if due to understaffing or a training issue?) I can see now why it takes so long for them to answer the phone when you call!
I’ve been using this vets since it was Cumines on Evansfield Road, and it seemed to run far more efficiently and professionally then, before the Medivet takeover and the recent move to new premises.

Good experience but expensive

The vets were Absolutely brilliant with Bonnie very informative and reassuring and really put our minds at rest knowing we were leaving her in safe hands .

Dr Nicola performed dental treatment and teeth extraction on my cat. The wounds have been healing well and cat is recovering well too. Friendly staff and everything well followed up.
