The man i talked to on my last call was very rude and unhelpful I wouldn't buy here again. All around very slow and unhelpful process when trying to get lifesaving oxygen my dog passed without the help she needed.

I felt like he was talking down to me and very condescending in my desperat search for help and my dog died this man probably isnt the best for your sales

Ordering was very easy. Delivery was very quick. I think the only thing I would have to say bad is. When the freight company delivered the chair. They would not take it to the 2nd floor to my moms apartment.

Daniel was very attentive. He was not pushy. He showed that his main concern was helping me to make the right choice even if it meant spending a few dollars less. For example, I told him that I wanted uniformity. Phone call with Darrell (Med Mart agent) was perfect! Communication was direct, professional, and extremely useful.

Usually, when I make a purchase, a receipt is sent as well as a tracking number. Sometimes it shows up with email and sometimes it shows up with junk mail. It is important to send a receipt to a person and to send a tracking number.

The ordering process and delivery were very efficient. However, I recently contacted Med Mart that the intended customer for the bed rail took a turn for the worse and that I needed to return the Unopened box that I only received last week. They told me that there was a 25% restocking fee, which is outrageous. I understand that I should be responsible for the shipping fee, but a restocking fee of that magnitude is very poor Customer Service. The agent was not able to give me the return address at the point of contact and said she would get back to me. I don’t understand that either. So much for their Hassle Free Returns that they advertise.

From the time you're telephone associate answered my call. I already knew by her charming hello and pleasant voice, I was in for a GREAT experience!The lady had a great skill and understanding of their product line. I had been a bit ill and didn't check my emails out until this afternoon, and I missed an offer of 12% off any purchase by midnight last evening. We inquired if this offer still may be applied to my purchase. Within seconds, she checked and responded that Med Mart would still approve the offering that saved an ill retired senior a nice break on my total. Not any of the other companies I looked at offered that. Their prices were much higher than Med Mart's and high shipping prices, with the quickest delivery in 7-10 business days. Med Mart prices were much lower (for the same exact barriatric matress), with FREE shipping and a 3 day delivery from the time I ordered it today. This company has no equal in the business. I was truly blessed to find a family-owned business like this where customer comes before profit. It's no surprise they're a Better Business Bureau and customer rating of 5*****. If any customer deals with this company, I'm sure you'll never be disappointed. And even at my older age, it's still nice to get a big surprise now and then, and today was that day for me. Med Mart, thank you for a great experience!

Hi, I’ve been with no bed sores for 28 years I was looking low pressure mattress that I can sit up straight watch TV or I’m getting ready to eat Stacy was a big help to me and my wife thank you guys for helping out
