RUN don't walk away from this company!
If I could leave 0 stars it still wouldn't reflect how awful this company is. 3 months of hell and I'm still sitting here with 12K in merchandise and nothing but the run around and the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my 65 years. I regret dealing with them deep down in my soul. I could kick myself for not reading the BB reviews. I honestly don't know how these people sleep at night. WORST EQUIPMENT COMPANY EVER!!!!!!?

Hi there, Brenda- I apologize it's taken a little time to respond here as I had to take some time off work but I'm personally familiar with the issues for your order so I wanted to be the one that replied here.
First and foremost, we strive to be sure every order goes as smoothly as possible, until it doesn't, and then we step in and problem solve as quickly as possible. I know your order had some hiccups and for the most part, they were out of our control due to property policies that are set where you reside.
The chair that was ordered with Kristan was delivered smoothly and in a timely fashion however once delivered, you learned they wouldn't allow you to use it there and attempted to return it without any of the manufactures return charges. We tried to advocate for you on that, and the policy was in place. The second half of your order had a few delays that we kept in touch about and then when our service team attempted the set up delivery services, your property wouldn't allow them to enter to provide that service for you.
I will say, I've been with Med Mart nearly 15 years and we've sold hospital beds and equipment to people from Maine to New Mexico and Hawaii and those policies you were dealing with, are not typical for us or we would have circumvented a solution by now and given you the heads up. We do our best to not cause issues and when foreseen, prevent them.
Personally, I am so very sorry for everything you experienced in this process, and I hope nothing like this ever happens to myself or a loved one and we as a company will start asking more questions to our customers that may be in a similar situation. Professionally, although will be within strict limits, we're here to help in the future where we can.

Very thorough customer service and interaction. Love the unit! I have a lot to do modify the chair for my use and steering it is definitely a challenge after 5 1/2 years riding a scooter but practice will make perfect I am confident!!

Happy , but also leery!
Stacy was very helpful and knowledgeable about the bed that I was interested in and explained all my questions. I also wanted to make sure that the product had a warranty on it will be in use in a very rural area and if anything happens to the bed, I want to make sure that it will be taken care of within a reasonable amount of time.
