My chain was stuck between gears and they asked 60 euros. Despite being super expensive, I had no choice other than going to the nearest shop. But the problem was they took 1 week to repair, instead of 3 days what they committed earlier. On top of that I had to go two times there to check as they haven't called me about the status. Moreover, the store manager was was rough in attitude. On delivery, I checked there was not sufficient air, so asked for it and he said pay and fill outside as you have paid for gear service and not for air. Ha ha...what a service despite being so expensive. Not recommended even if u have an emergency. Later i checked same service is available in 25 euros at Ns shop at Central Station.
