I've been with Megacable 3 years. This will be my final month. Inb3 years, I've gone through 5 used modems, because they don't provide new ones.
Service appointments are rarely honored, and when you try calling, your number is already logged for an automated reply telling you they're working on it, even though 24 hour repairs are promised. THREE DAYS LATER, still waiting, held hostage in my home, waiting and wondering if their constant excuses and lies will finally come to fruition
Worst, absolutely Worst service I've ever received, and phone reps are made to lie through their teeth

What a horrible company it is....

New house, and in the circuito is provided by mega(disaster)cable. They made a huge mess up in the conjunction box where all cables come together and the cant and wont connect us because then the have to disconnect the other houses in the circuito. THe dont care about any thing, they are the only provider in this neigborhood and basicly say F you, no internet for you..... Horrible expirience, check first on the internet if you go to a new house in Mexico, if its only provided by megacable run a way....

Do not do Business with Megacable. Terrible service.
No written form contract, no emails, nothing.
Their are other serious companies out there, chose another option but not megacable.
My experience has been catastrophic. The promised monthly charges have been increased dramatically without notice nor info. Not only that, bills are not evry month but 3 weeks. This is a fraud.
They do not answer your email and nothing, only via phone asking you to pay.
I returned the modem because the are where i moved to megacable do not exist. The employee handed me over a receipt and said that is ok.
However, due to the chaotic way megacable is operating they have no clue. No system, no concept and not organization. Chaos
By the way, their agent Roger Torres in Plaza El Patio, he can not answer any question but recrite you for signing a contract than you are on your own. When you have any concern, he promise you manana. Nothing happened, i experienced that myself, after weeks going back every day to Plaza El Patio. I have no idea how are people hired to do the job, obviously no requirement.
Megacable has to be called out and exposed to save other customers money, time and energy.
