I've been with Megacable 3 years
I've been with Megacable 3 years. This will be my final month. Inb3 years, I've gone through 5 used modems, because they don't provide new ones.
Service appointments are rarely honored, and when you try calling, your number is already logged for an automated reply telling you they're working on it, even though 24 hour repairs are promised. THREE DAYS LATER, still waiting, held hostage in my home, waiting and wondering if their constant excuses and lies will finally come to fruition
Worst, absolutely Worst service I've ever received, and phone reps are made to lie through their teeth
