I took my 2014 GMC terrain to Meineke on W. Washington because I had a loud exhaust. The guy said he could weld a bracket. $220 and 3 hours later, still loud.

As far as quality of work and friendliness they were fantastic, really. However the whole process was soured by their astronomical pricing. Their prices are through the roof, big mark ups on parts and labor. And the rotten moldy cherry on top was charging me 3% to pay with a card. Yep, $60 extra because I didn’t have $2000 cash on me. Get out of here. This needs fixed.

I've been having AC troubles for years and the crew at Meineke were able to find issues that other mechanics overlooked and fixed it up incredibly. Definitely recommend!

Starting from the moment I walked in, the were polite and friendly. They worked up a quote on some much needed work on my car. Despite some technical issues with suppliers and the age of my car, they always communicated with me and even worked around my busy schedule. This is not the old Meineke shop, under new management, the team there were incredible and professional.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I just pulled up, 3 guys doing not anything but talking up a storm. I get out and automatically all of them talking disrespectful TO A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER! Will NEVER bring any car here for anything. It could be the last building on the planet and I’d just start walking. 0/10. Worst place ever SHELBYVILLE KY location.

Stopped in to check tire for a leak. They were busy but took me right in. 10 minutes later, I was on my way. They were gracious, understanding, and most helpful.

I cannot recommend this shop. They incorrectly installed a new starter, forcing me to personally reinstall it properly the next day. On top of the poor workmanship, they charged a premium price for an aftermarket part that carries no warranty. While they send automated emails asking for feedback, they completely ignore direct responses to their inquiries. Avoid this business.

Well. Don’t make an appointment. They don’t care “by company policy” per the manager. Made an appointment on Friday 6/19. When I arrived, I was told they couldn’t get to my car that day. So, I rescheduled for 6/23. I was told they take cars in order regardless of whether there is an appointment. Waited almost 3 hours for an oil change. No apologies given

The team at Meinke at your Freedom drive location were really superb. Very helpful and knowledgeable.The gentleman who worked on my car was very knowledgeable and kind. Crystal at the front desk was super cool as well. Thank you for working me in today!!! My husband will be back to see you soon.

I bring both of my vehicles to this location and have been nothing but satisfied and happy with the service they give me here. Shirley the manager is always helpful and honest about what needs to be done. They seem to go above and beyond a lot of the times..most importantly I can really trust them. Thank you

This location isn't what it used to be.
My appointment was for 2:00. They got to me at 2:58. I got out at 3:45...For an oil change.

I took my car for repair because engine light was on. . After repairs, the engine light came right back on. Took it to another shop only to find out this place did nothing. Just stole my money. I’m getting authorities involved and a lawyer. Why do I have to go through this??

My experience was amazing. I made an appointment and was in and out. Sarah did a great job of taking care of me and my car. I feel I can trust this shop with my future needs.

Very Friendly Staff & In and out quickly. I really appreciate the inspection and notification of upcoming issues i might expect to have with my vehicle. I can appreciate their efforts to have the work done with them but my budget would not permit it. i will definitely be back next time i need service.

Brad helped me determine whether my air conditioner was working properly. I didn’t have an appointment, but when I walked in, I was greeted kindly, and before I knew it, he had my car in the bay.
After a careful and thorough evaluation, he confirmed that everything was working as it should. He took the time to explain everything he checked and answered my questions clearly. Most importantly, he didn’t charge me a dime.
My grandfather was an honest mechanic, and I haven’t found anyone who compared to him until now. Brad and his team are hardworking, helpful professionals who genuinely care about their customers.
