Do not order from them. I have been trying to get my refund back for four months now. All i get is a run around about how they resent and have retried and retried to refund me. If anyone has the address Im going to sue them I am done with the hem and haw act.

What a joke the goods should have been delivered for the 3rd time I am reporting it to the ACCC in Australia

Has anyone noticed that the positive reviews of Mellth are all from 2021, and none from 2023? It would seem that Mellth began as a legitimate company, building a reputation as such. Then it was either 'by plan' change into a fraud company, or taken over by someone who turned it into a fraud.

I’ve been given the same bull since July .. one parcel allegedly delivered, we will send a repl and now after months chasing the second delivery has been allegedly signed for now and they are offering me a 50% refund saying this is not there problem lol I said we yes it is my contract is with you not the carrier and any business worth there salt knows they giv there customer a refund then they claim it back if the carrier I said I run a buisness from home and ship all over the world so this is what I know the fact they give me a tracking number and i don’t think it’s coincidence every time I log in to said tracking I get spam emails for days it’s all a big con so I’ve just copied and paste every single review on here and said do you think there is a pattern here Melth ?? I want all of my money back right now . I run a company that ships all over the world so I know how this works but let’s see . Just so happens I get lots of rubbish in my junk mail when I log on to the tracking app they provide. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! This has been going on since July !!!

DON’T TURST MELLTH’sonline shopping. This is a a well organized hacker’s website. They cheated me for the second time. The original it tracking showed the items are delivered but not. After repeated email communication they told me they apologize and told me the are going the undelivered items again and I have been checking with their fake tracking system since now and it say’s delivered both I didn’t receive anything again. SCAMMERS! Do’t buy anything from this website they are there to steal customers money!

Do not order from this company. Never received goods, told me to check with neighbours. I didn't want to give 1 star but had to. Have waited months for refund. Tell me they an legitimate company. I am now taking legal action against the company. Keep fobbing me off with there is a delay processing refunds. This is a scam company, do not use.

I would not even give them a star! I truly wished I had seen these reviews before I ordered. I saw the reviews right after I ordered and wanted to cancel but I was guaranteed I would receive my order through their email customer service. I was told that the bad reviews were all fake!! No they are not! The company has a fake tracking system and states your order is delivered when it is in fact not and then they do not respond! I will be contacting my credit card company to see if anything can be done! This company and their crooked clowns needs to be shut down!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Placed and order over $100 worth. Never recieved package - complained only to be told i need to check with neighbours. Complained again told was resending....guess what still nothing recieved. Dont use this company!

I ordered $140 of clothing. I didn’t receive any of it. I got return emails when I complained but I was not refunded and never received the items.

Wish I had seen these reviews 1st! Never got my order. & now their E-mail won't go thru due to suspected scam!!! UP DATE: Went thur my credit card company & got a refund.

If I could give zero I would. Like others got the usual updates saying items shipped twice and that only could get 60% refund said no offered 90% but knowing it was unlikely to be processed I did a dispute via my bank and got all my money back.

Don’t trust this guys. No goods received!! Misleading. Very disappointing.

This company took my money for an order March 21, 2023...then shipped my order not once but twice. Both times they said they delivered it and both times it didn't show up. I then asked for a refund. I was told the delivery company was unwilling to accept blame and I could only get 60% refund. I said no. Finally I was offered a 90% refund so I accepted trying to save myself the headache. It's now Mid July 2023 and I still have no refund.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

This has to be scammers only just read others reviews I would never have ordered had a read them before

What a load if crap..... had an email at 9.20 am to let me know that my order HAD been delivered at 11.22 the same day 🤣🤔 finally got in contact and they said they will resend.. but after 6 days still on transit I asked for a full refund then they gave me 2 more different tracking numbers.... told them they were a load of shi@# scammers ,they have now offered90% refund... let's see if o get it.. if not more sh#@ty emails to Dolly!!! If I could give a minus star review then I would.
BEWARE do not order from these..

What a scam. Order never delivered and refund is is a major issue. Such a scam!!
