Absolute Scam. Don’t use if you want goods delivered as they give you a dodgy tracker number and it takes 20+ days before it says delivered (and no I didn’t receive my order) amazingly this is the only order ever to go missing!!!!

Never received order. Used Track678 shipping company which showed order as delivered, but was never delivered. Did not respond to emails.

This has by far been the worst mess. I ordered clothes in February, never got them fake numbers about my arrival...I WILL NEVER ODRER FROM THIS GARBAGE HOLE AGAIN. You really should be ashamed of yourselves... this mess..

I ordered from them and I have not received anything . I also emailed them and no response. I checked the tracking numbers said delivered. Well guess what I don't have anything. They don't respond. They are truly SCAMMERS. BUYERS BEWARE STAY OFF THE WEBSITE.

The email communication is so informal and bunch of lies and made up story. Do not even know what sort of email they and language they use to interact with customers. Please I lost my $100 I hope you don't. So do not order.

The order never arrived, but the company says it has been delivered. They keep claiming it that the world-renowned logistic company, which they never what that company is, delivered.I asked them for a picture of the proof of delivery, but they keep ignoring. FAKE COMPANY, please don't waste your precious $$

If I could rate a “0”, I would. This is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY. PERIOD. I ordered a product December 30,2022.. today is May 14, 2023 and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET! THE ONLY thing I have received is a TON of worthless emails that are full of lies! They are CONSTANTLY telling me my items have shipped and should be here within 10 days… that’s been almost 5 months now! And in every single email it’s another lie as to why I haven’t received my order yet. They had NO PROBLEM taking my payment for the item I purchased, but they DO have MAJOR ISSUES FULFILLING THEIR END OF THE DEAL BY SENDING ME WHAT I PAID FOR! Not only that, we have corresponded back and forth by e-mail NUMEROUS times, as well I have dealt with NUMEROUS so called “representatives” and now all of a sudden they are saying I asked for a refund?!!?? REALLY?? You LITERALLY just told me not even 2wks ago my order should be here with the next 10 days. 2 wks go by, I send yet ANOTHER email 3 days ago, asking why I haven’t received it yet that it’s been long past the 10 days, and today get a reply that there’s no need to worry, they can see that my item is almost to me, that was at 2:46 EST. Then at 10:17 EST, I get yet another email, this time from an Amber, stating I asked for a refund!? Like where did you pull that from? What hole did you dig that lie out of? THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. The only thing I ever asked, which is in EVERY EMAIL, is that you send me what I paid for. This company is nothing but THIEVES. They actually, upon checking with my bank committed credit card fraud when they took my money, and now refusing to send me what I paid for. If needed, I can post EVERY SINGLE EMAIL FROM THEM TO ME AND ME TO THEM. And by the advice of my bank, I AM SEEKING LEGAL ACTION TO THE FULLEST EXTENT. If this calls for stopping a bunch of SCAM ARTISTS and THIEVES, then so be it. No love lost here. I’ve dealt with these people for 5 months, and still getting lied to by every single person that replies to my emails, and even if they send theirs out just to “update” me as they say, IT IS STILL A BUNCH OF LIES. If they need to be shut down, then we will shut it down. PERIOD. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND THIEVES. Will update with my legal status ASAP.

I left a review maybe a month ago, but I wanted to update some info. When I contacted there customer service I was told the fake ring was a gift to verify my address. Liars!! That was after I was told that my package was delivered, but the fake ring is what they were saying was delivered. So after that, customer service told me that my package was being processed and I would receive a new tracking number. The new website and tracking number I was given shows on Google as a website for scammers.

Beaware, its a fraud. Been waiting for my order for over 2 months. Emailed them million times and never came back to me.

Didn't receive first order thy told me thyd send out another order to me this time signed, again didn't receive even though said been delivered. Clearly not been delivered to my address. Want a full refund. I think horrible company will definitely NOT be ordering from them again n would not advise these to anyone I know. 🤬🤬

Becareful is a complete fraud, I hope somebody write here how we can do a claim to shut down the website.

First of all I noticed that at the beginning of the email always starts with Dear,
Where is my name? Who are you addressing?
Just a copy and pasted letter.
All of my amazon orders are delivered and received. I do not have a mailbox, and I do not have neighbors.
And whoever sent the email didn't even look at the name of the person.
This seems like another form of a scam. Taking advantage cheap prices and then the customer gets scammed. No delivery is made and fooled by the fake insurance.
After reading other reviews, I can see the pattern. Delivery not received.
I will fight for my refund through the credit card company if I don't get my money back without any further problems.

I did not get my order. I order 2-13-23 here it is 4-20- 23 still have got my order. This place is FAKE as they can be.

I never received my package and they only want to give me 1/2 refund. The US postal service said no package was delivered to anyone in my cul-de-sac.
