This is the first time I've used them and they're great - will use them again for certain. I bought a Sandisk 32gb SDHC card bundle pack of two. Got one card for our hollibobbies and the other card I'm using in my audi car stereo full of tunes for our trip down to devon next week. Brilliant prices and arrived in good time. No complaints at all - 100% recommendation off me. Will use memorybits again in future. Great offers by email too - keep them coming :)

I've used memorybits for about 6 months now after being recommended by a photographer friend as he said it's the only place he buys his flash memory and back up from - boy I'm glad I took him up on his recommendadtion! Awesome prices, all the best brands, great offers and mega discounts and they sell some other really cool stuff too. Bought a SanDisk SDHC card off them last week - arrived in the time expected and got a cool new Lifetrak sports monitoring watch for a mates birthday off these guys too. Cannot recommend them enough - no hesitation in giving 5 big shiny stars!!!!

I've bought many items over the years from these guys and I've been impresssed with the service AND CHEAP PRICE each time. I struggle to find the items cheaper anywhere else, and it's always 100% genuine stuff that they sell. I've had multiple SanDisk USB sticks off them and only ever buy my camera memory from here too. I recommend them to all my friends and family, so have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars on here too! Latest buy - a SanDisk 32GB Cruzer Blade for only £7.99 with free delivery - baaaaargain! I use it for movies in my Samsung TV.

I have used MemoryBits UK (Rok Memory Ltd) on many occasions and they always respond immediately with stock and despatch. The free delivery and keen pricing with rapid delivery puts them at the top when I want memory cards for any of my devices.
They are always first point of call to check price of other "Special Offers" and almost invariably get the order instead of the "cheap" alternative which actually costs more.

This company Lok Memory Ltd could show other company's how to Purchase items as stated from the Webb.
From the above company purchased memory products ordered arrived on time, worked as stated with deliverey free problem's, and I for one would have no concern's dealing with this company in the future.
I have now ordered other memory item's knowing if sent by this company the excellent pricing and service offered will be forthcoming.

I have used this company for many years now, and I have never had a problem and so only have the Highest regards for them and the customer service. Of which I've never had to use as never had a problem!

I have been ordering from Memotybits for a while and have always received my orders on time. Customer Service is excellent and have always helped me with any little problem I have found. Very happy!

A few weeks ago I bought several memory sticks and had them both posted first class. They were delivered the next day in a pristine state. Overall I found the service to be excellent and the delivery to be fast. 10/10!

I've used Memorybits.co.uk a number of times now for their flash memory for my USB stick needs for work, for home back-ups and for their camera memory. I truly cannot fault them. The prices are always some of the best I can find on the net (why does anyone pay high street anymore?!) and my order has always arrived in the anticipated time - oh yes - free delivery everytime too, YA!. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting decent quality goods at brilliant prices. I've had really good offers on email off them too. Even my mother has ordered off these guys it's so straight forward. I recently bought a SanDisk USB from MemoryBits, the price was the best I could find which is useful for someone on a student budget. The USB arrived the next day and was excellent quality.

I have bought several memory sticks and SD cards from this company in the past and they have always been delivered promptly. The one occasion there was an issue the customer service was terrific and responded quickly to my concerns about my USB being lost in post. They sent a replacement without any hassle and were always very polite. Overall a great company to deal with.

I have dealt with MemoryBits regularly and cannot fault their services.

I placed my order and payed by Visa. 24 hours(!) later I got the email,

"Thank you for your order. Unfortunately you did not use your 3D pin code and therefore your order cannot be verified. Perhaps you could arrange to redo the order and use your pin code, or pay via PayPal. Kind Regards,

Your order has been updated to the following status: Refunded"

I did everything they requested of me in the payment gateway, otherwise why would it have succeeded and get an order confirmation? Either they don't have the stock or they are trying to funnel payments through PayPal for some reason.

I took my business to [Ext.Ref.] who, whilst slightly more expensive, have served me very well int he past.

Edit: After correspondence with [Name], MD of Rok Fulfillment/Memory Bits, whereby he tried to bully me into changing my review with implications that their response would embarrass me financially, accused me of not contacting his company and giving them the opportunity to resolve the issue when I clearly did, and espousing how he had turned bad reviews into good ones, without actually trying to do the same for me, I am downgrading my rating from two stars to one. I will never deal with this company again. Be aware of their tactics when you do try and contact them to resolve issues.

If I was [Name] I'd be haranguing their payment gateway SagePay as to why a flag was raised with regards to the payment in order to appease an upset customer and to prevent it from happening again in the future, but rather he chose the other tactics. Draw from that what you will.

While recognising that under normal circumstances this seller provides a decent, cost effective service, just pray that your purchase doesn't develop a fault and needs to be returned. After 28 days the cost of return is, according to MemoryBits, entirely the customers responsibility.

If it qualifies for a replacement within the first 28 days after dispatch, we will provide you with a FREEPOST label but the responsibility for safe return resides with you, thereafter the cost of returning the item is borne by you the customer.
Should the items be found not to be faulty we will charge you a fee of £1.50 plus postage and will return the item to you." <

Subject to Jersey law apparently, and not that of the UK, the item in question gave just ten weeks use before failing.

I was on holiday in the Lake District. Let's just say, one walk around Ambleside & Windermere in the snow & sleet made me think about getting a waterproof backpack, as my folding Mulberry bag was sodden. I looked online, found the one I wanted, the Overboard Pro-Sports Waterproof 20 Litre Backpack in Blue. It was £15 cheaper than the nearest famous 'online retailer'. I checked their reviews on Trustpilot, and thought, why not? Couldn't have asked for better service - it must have arrived a few days after it was ordered, as it was waiting for me when I got home. Very well packed too. Next time I go out in the bad weather, hopefully my bag contents will stay non-soggy! :-)

I was reluctant to order from this company after reading some bad reviews. However I took the plunge and was pleasantly surprise to receive my ordered product promptly. I also receive regular update emails about my order. Well done to Rok and keep up the excellent service.

I recently bought a SanDisk 8GB USB from Memory bits and it arrived within a few days. The customer service personnel were polite and quick to respond to my questions. I will be buying from Memory bits in the future!

Having written my first review of Memory Bits I feel I must now change what I said. It appears the delay in acknowledging my request for a return label was due to a personnel issue resulting in a small backlog. I've since had a reply with a return label and two other emails from concerned managers. I now cannot fault their concern especially since I will be sent a replacement SD card immediately. I'm so impressed by their current response I feel I must upgrade my rating to 5 stars!
