I bought a pre order outfit, however I changed my mind and didnt want the dress any longer. I did not read the refund policy properly which states pre order items are nonrefundable. Memsaab did give me a full refund as I notified them within 24 hours. So thank you memsaab for you kind gesture.

Stunning outfit, the work was quite heavy and well executed. Colour differed slightly but something to be expected with desi outfits as professional pictures are edited, other than that I’m really happy with my purchase, speedy delivery too!

My first time using Memsaab and it was a good experience. I ordered 7 outfits and received them on time. Email communication was clear, letting me know my order was received, dispatched,etc. I bought cotton gharara’s for the ladies in the family and everyone loved them from the 3 year old to 50 year old.

Only just got to try the suit on & to my shock, several gems were already missing from the front of the suit before I even had a chance to wear it properly. This was meant for a special occasion, and I was extremely disappointed with the quality.

I contacted customer service immediately and even sent them pictures to show the damage. However, instead of offering a replacement or proper resolution, they only offered me a £5 refund. For an item that was clearly faulty from the start, this response felt dismissive and completely inadequate.

The person dealing with my issue on WhatsApp just seemed like they could not be bothered. Didn’t even reply or acknowledge my issues properly. Did not even apologise! This was my first time ordering from this website, and sadly it will also be my last. I expected better quality control and much better customer service. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering here.

I got the wrong parcel. Asked for my purchased order but been told other customer didn't return my order. That was not my problem. I paid memsaab not other customer so you shield have sent me my order. Then after few days I asked for refund but still haven't got it back.

I’ve ordered twice now from Memsaab and the delivery has been quick and dresses were even more beautiful in real life and very reasonably priced.

Bought my wife and daughters their wedding outfits

The guys selling over priced suits and returns is really really bad starting price for a refunds label is £6 to £10 off your refund
And the suits are very over priced total ripoff
Don't get carried away with reviews may be they are PAID REVIEWS
I'm not saying the stuff is bad its really overpriced
they already Charge you delivery £3.50 so altogether I paid £7.00 2orders for post and packing for it to be returned and £12 deducted from my refund so its been £19 extra gone in WASTE for average clothes 🙄
