Unparalleled service
We use Merchant's for every birthday, Christmas and 'just because' event and jewellery repairs, watch batteries etc that we can, either online or in person. We travel a 30mile round trip just to go there.
I can't say enough about how friendly and unpretentious the service is. They always remember us by name, ask after the children, make time for a chat which shows they remember the little details.

Really great service and advice
Really great service and advice. Nothing was too much trouble when I was looking for earrings. The staff were knowledgeable. The store is also in a great spot at Mercia Marina, so a great spot to grab a coffee after browsing. Purchase was east with a choice of paper receipt or email receipt.
