The fact of having only one ear cuff, which is very expensive I think (including the delivery costs), is chocking and not very commercial.

Merci pour votre avis, même s'il me semble très injuste... Tous nos earcuffs sont vendus à l'unité comme indiqué sur la page produit du bijou que vous avez acheté. Il est bien indiqué très clairement "vendu à l'unité". D'ailleurs il n'existe pas de site de bijoux qui vendent des earcuffs identiques par paire.
J'espère quand même que vous êtres satisfaite de ce bijoux et vous souhaite une belle année 2021!
