I recently purchased some audio gear from Mercury AV - specifically two RCF subwoofers with covers and poles. The whole experience was top-notch! Ian was incredibly professional and always answered all my questions - even when I called a few times and probably got a bit annoying.
A huge highlight is how great the email communication was. He kept me informed at every step of the transaction. That level of care really deserves special recognition.
