Great experience overall. Both members of the team I have been dealing with have been nothing but professional. There truly aren’t enough superlatives to express how impressed I’ve been with Meridian. From my very first conversation with Aidan about our mortgage, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional.

We’ve now entrusted Meridian with all our financial services — mortgage, house insurance, life insurance, and income protection — and I couldn’t be happier with that decision.

Let me start by thanking Aidan, who got the ball rolling with our mortgage application. Then came Tom, who seamlessly picked up the baton when Aidan (rather cheekily!) :-) went off on holiday. But honestly, we couldn’t have been left in better hands. Tom was phenomenal — guiding us every step of the way, responding to countless emails and texts, even while on annual leave, and submitting our mortgage application during his time off. If that’s not outstanding customer service, I don’t know what is!

Tom stayed with us right through to the final mortgage offer, and in his brief absence, Jessica stepped in with the same level of care and professionalism — thank you, Jessica!

Once the mortgage was sorted, we moved on to house insurance with Jovan. Another fantastic experience — Jovan was thorough, gave excellent recommendations, and even saved us money on our existing policy. Huge thanks for that!

And finally, we wrapped things up with life insurance and income protection, where we had the pleasure of working with Dawood (yes, a fellow Man U fan — bonus points!). When I say thorough, I mean it — we had a 2-hour Teams call from 8:30pm to 10:40pm, and it was absolutely worth it. Dawood helped us review all our policies in depth and saved us a significant amount on our monthly premiums.

Throughout this entire journey, every single person at Meridian has gone above and beyond. Yes, it’s their job to look after customers — but they do it with genuine care, passion, and personality, which is increasingly rare these days. There was plenty of laughter along the way, and it was clear we were dealing with real people who truly care.

Without hesitation, I would recommend Meridian to anyone. In my opinion, they’re one of the very best in the business.
