Merle Dress 

Bad news for anyone relying on good service and honesty.Offered me 10USD compensation for a $150 dress! They said they would only refund my money if the dress doesn't fit. When I said it doesn't fit and gave them measurements they stopped returning my emails. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from MERLE DRESS ONLINE!

I was so excited about purchasing the beautiful dress for my bridesmaids. The photo of the dress on website was gorgeous. When my dress arrive it was terrible. The color, beading, material quality was extremely poor. I was not allowed a refund because it was what I ordered. I spent almost $200 AUD on this dress and I had no rights. They would not even let me to exchange the dress. I will never buy a dress from here again and I have warned my fellow friends too. Just devastating :(

I ordered a beautiful prom dress from this site. I received it on time and it looked exactly like the picture. It was well made and the only problem I had with the dress was that it was too short (but that was my fault for not looking at the provided measurements). I will definitely be ordering from them again!

My dress was perfect! Looked a bit different from the picture but better in my opinion. I need the dress with in 3 weeks so I paid for expedited shipping and it came in 4 days before the time of arrival date I was given. I have small measurements and I double checked my numbers to the chart and ordered a dress size 4 which fit perfect. The dress came in clean and only required a bit of pressing to get the shipping wrinkles out. The dress held it's shape through all day wear and the material was strong and durable (this was used for an out door party in the woods). It did come in long and required a bit of hemming to match my height. The price was better than I could hope for and the service was quick. I did not have to contact the seller with any questions or concerns. They did not send a tracking number in my email till the dress arrived at the house that day, but they do ship quickly and get you your item before your requested delivery date.

I'm super satisfy with my purchase! At 1st I was afraid thinking it my be a scam cause the prices are ridiculously cheap. The dress is gorgeous better than I expected. If u are thinking like I was that this website is a scam, IT IS NOT A SCAM!!! By the way I'm a real customer and this is a real review! Thank you so much Merledress you guys are Awesome!

Very pleased with service and dress. When I e-mailed about the arrival date, I heard immediately from customer service. They provided updated shipping information. The dress is of superb construction and design. I was pleasantly surprised at the packaging of the dress. Extreme care had been made for minimal crushing during shipping.

After ordering my daughter's prom dress I read some of the reviews, and got a little worried. Well today I received her dress. And the quality was was more than what I had expected. The dress is beautiful, and the workmanship is great. I have no complaints, I ordered custom size and it fits her perfect. I would definitely use this company again.

After i placed an order at merledress on 8th may. I was frightened when I read some negative reviews on this page the other day. I sent them an email immediately asking to cancel my order and they told me my dress had been shipped...My dress arrived today and to my surprise the dress was really well made..perhaps that's because I was expecting the worst? Anyway, for the price I paid the dress was really beyond my expectation in terms of quality, fabric and the speed of delivery. I will use them again and share my experience in the future.

My daughter purchased her PROM dress from Merle Dress on March 13, 2013. The event date was May 11, 2013. We were told the dress would be shipped in 4-6 weeks. On May 6,2013 we were told the dress would be sent out in 24 hours but when we received the tracking information after requesting it for two days we found out the dress was not sent out until May 9, 2013. We received the dress on May 10, 2013 the day before PROM so there was not time for any alteration. The dress was very poorly made, it fell apart at prom while she was dancing the poofy flowers on the side of the dress were pinned up and came unpinned causing the top of the dress to all fall to the floor. The color of the dress was suppose to be gold but it was peach. This company caused the princess part of prom to be a complete nightmare for my daughter she did not feel pretty she felt embarrassed. The only way to contact the company is by email and they do not care about any of our issues.

Where to start to say thank you! My dress is beautifully and it fits perfectly! Can't wait to walk down the aisle with this stunning dress on.... Everything is even better then I expected! I'm over satisfied and love my dress so very very very much! Thanks again to everyone who made the dress, who send it here- everyone who was involved! This dress is really a blessing to me. I ordered a gown for my sister's prom. We entered her measurements to have it custom fit, but didn't see the dress in the color she wanted. I requested the color in the comment box and sent off the order. I also needed rush shipping. I was worried that something would inevitably go wrong. We were pleasantly surprised when the dress came two days early, fit wonderfully, and was in the color we wanted! We couldn't have been happier. I even showed the dress to a friend of mine who is a professional seamstress. She said it was well made compared to many she had seen. I would recommend this site to anyone!

ordered my prom dress here. Not only was it not the size I ordered but the color was completely off and the dress looked nothing like it did on the site. Very disappointed especially since prom is in a week and I'm left without a dress. Do not buy from the site.

I recently ordered my sisters prom dress. I was concerned about the whole site. yesterday the dress arrived just as it was on the website,and very well made. We love the dress, the people from merledress.com answered all of my emails very promptly. We will be using merledress again in the future, since I have two daughters. THANKS MERLEDRESS!!!

merledress.com is an awesome site for any special occasion's dress. Their dresses are lovely. They help make my dream prom dress come to reality. I was beautiful, my dress was also. Don't hesitate to shop with. Your dress will arrive on time. I was nervous that I wouldn't receive my dress on time, but I receive it a week early. It took two days after shipment. Really recommended to anyone!

i had ordered a dress on this site and right of the back i thought it was very pretty my only issue was that i thought it might not come on time , they assured me it will come on time and it did when it came the dress was very pretty and fit me well thumbs up merle dress

My little sister lives in another state, but I wanted to buy her a prom dress for her birthday, and I really did not want to just send her the money to go out an buy one. MerleDress made it so easy for us to look at dresses together! The fact that they make the dresses to order, may be inconvenient if you are a procrastinator, but if you have time to wait, it is so great! The custom measurements were spot on; it fits her like a glove! Also, she really liked the fact that she could customize all of the colors. She sent me pictures yesterday, and the dress is stunning, exactly what we she asked for. Thank you MerleDress for making me look like such an awesome big sister, and helping my little sister look stunning for her senior prom :)

The dress they show is not what you're getting. Very disappointed with the quality and would never wear it. They tell me I'm wrong that's it is "gorgeous"...It doesn't lay flat and bunches up quite a bit on the sides. I sent pictures of it and they just disregarded it. Basically I'm stuck with it. I would be very careful before ordering from here.

Great service, the dress arrived before the deadline. When i received the dress i was pretty nervous to open the box, but when i open it i was amazed with the quality and how it looked. It's the exact dress the quality, the color as it is in the photo. The dress size was true and the dress itself was beautiful. The price was also great. And the website also so easy to use. I do recommend to have the custom measurement done, it is free. Mine fits perfectly to my body. Thanks a lot!

I ordered a beautiful dark purple prom dress with a black overlay on the skirt from Merle Dress and when I received the dress it was hot pink with a black overlay on the skirt. I emailed them explaining the issue, that they sent me the wrong color dress (I even included pictures of the dress I received). They replied later saying that they're sorry I didn't understand there was going to be an overlay and that I could receive 10% off my next purchase. I replayed back explaining the overlay isn't the problem and that I color of the actual dress is not the color I ordered. They never replied. I sent another email (with pictures again) explaining the situation of the wrong color dress. They never replied. I have sent them an email everyday describing, in greater detail each time, that I have the wrong color dress. It has been 4 days and I still have not received a reply. I don't recommend this company. They are nearly impossible to contact when a mistake has been made.

I order the dress two week ago and received it today. The delivery was very fast and service excellent. I like it so much, the details are perfect and material is good.
