Poor packaging.
Arrived with one corner of the Splashback bent, couldn’t use it. Was given 100% refund thankfully. Shame. All about quality of packing and packaging being appropriate for the product. Needs timber reinforced crates.

Would have given a 5 star rating but some of the protective film had scratches. Hopefully these have not transferred on to the brushed surface of the plate. I have used 1 to date and all was ok.

Waiting With No Communication
I placed my order on 5 August after being told that most orders are delivered the next day. Five working days later, I still haven’t received my order or even an update on when it will arrive. The lack of communication is very disappointing. Customers shouldn’t have to chase for basic information about their orders.
Update: I called customer service after waiting over a week. They said it would take a couple more days, but still couldn’t provide an estimated delivery date. The main reason I chose this company was because they advertised delivery within4 days. I’m disappointed with the lack of communication and unclear timelines. Based on this experience, I have changed my rating to 1 star.

Thank you for your review, and please accept our sincere apologies for the delay and, particularly, the lack of communication regarding your order.
Due to the order weighing over 180kg, we chose to send it via a private haulier rather than a standard courier. This is to reduce the risk of damage or delivery issues with heavier consignments. As private haulage is considerably more expensive, we group orders going to the same general area where possible to make the service more cost-effective.
Unfortunately, there was also a stock shortfall with your order. You should have been notified about this at the time, and we apologise that this did not happen.
When you contacted us this morning, we were in the process of arranging the private vehicle for delivery, but at that point we had not yet been able to confirm an exact delivery date. We have now been able to arrange delivery for tomorrow, and the haulier has provided an estimated delivery time of between 10am and 12pm.
We appreciate your patience and are sorry that the lack of communication and uncertainty around the delivery date has caused frustration.
