Fantastic service
Fantastic service. We has used them several times and the deliveries are always good. This time ordered on Sunday before Christmas and the order was delivered on Tuesday (Christmas Eve).

Great customer service
A really good experience shopping at Mexgrocer. Although our parcels were delayed a few days due to the delivery company the customer service was extremely efficient and helpful trying to resolve the issue.
We will definitely continue ordering from this company.

Missing stuff
I’m quite frustrated with my recent experience. After spending £50, I was really looking forward to receiving the bonus candy that was promised for orders over that amount. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the Mansion jar, which was supposed to be included as a bonus for ordering three Jarritos, was missing. It’s disheartening to have not received any of the items I was excited about, especially since they were advertised as part of the promotion. This has definitely left me feeling unsatisfied and let down. I hope this issue can be addressed so that future customers have a better experience.

They send beans that expired in 5 days…
They send beans that expired in 5 days ( I ordered two cases.) The associate I talked to said "they said on the site the expire in 5 days", needless to say, I did not see it. She sent me a link to return it. They only take returns if they are not expired. Seriously, I am so so disappointed. Very bad customer service
