No refund
I returned my goods 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my refund. Emails to customer service are ignored, and there is no response to enquiries. Very unsatisfactory customer service and no refund yet. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them at all.

A TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE
on the 9th of May I've ordered a dress. It wasn't available, so I had to Pre-Order and Pay. Since then, I have tried to reach the customer care, via email, via a special message form in the site and finally, by telephone. NO ONE EVER REPLIED. NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER!!
Now I have paid for a dress that I have NO CLUE as to when and if I'm gonna receive... Very disappointed and frustrated.
Additionally, I've entered my account details on the eshop, but my name and address keep appearing wrong and although I have tried to fix them, I cannot!
