I am new into my role and needed quite a lot of old information and support to help understand the business current position and when I telephoned with all my enquiries I received such a warm friendly helpful response from Bianca. No job was to big and she took time to listen and support me. What a great experience it turned out to be as it could have been so complex.

I moved to miab from another provider, I found them very helpful and thorough. Explaining all aspects of the policy and what cover is provided, tailoring to meet our needs. Giving several quotes for alternative scenarios nothing was too much trouble.
