I have been with MIAB now for about 4 years. Tracey is amazing. Prompt and friendly and always follows through despite the delayed feedback from the insurer at times. She is an asset to your team. And definitely a reason why I stay with MIAB.

I’ve had the responsibility of renewing my company’s insurance policies for the past two years due to management changes—without prior training in this area—and I can confidently say that Tracey at MIAB has been a lifesaver.

The auto renewal facility meant that I didn't have to spend long periods of time on the phone going over my policy - the nature of our Surgery means that cover requirements do not change much from year to year.

I have know MIAB team for over 8 years. I was introduced to them in 2017 when I led a federation - since day one they have impressed me with there expert knowledge and attention to details and treating us as were only clients . There best service is to tell the client what is best for them by making suggestions. No job or request is too small for them. Best part it MIAB is happy to negotiate and suggest what is best for the client.
