I ordered three times from this site and was ecstatic with the delivery and products. However, I am sad now because it looks like they are not on the web anymore.

I ordered my products on 08/02/2018. I did not receive any confirmation of my order until i called Italy and gave them my order reference number, As i reside in Rep of Ireland I stupidly assumed that I would get some kind of communication from, as of yet I only received an email saying that my order has been processed and am still waiting for news, I would strongly suggest you do not ORDER anything from this company. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I am Spanish who lives in England, UK. On the 28.11.17 I bought a couple of items to Miaerboristeria.it and paid with Paypal €59.45 who sent me the invoice instantly. However, Miaerboristeria did not confirm anything about the shipment for days so I sent several emails to that company but they never replied. So after doing several international calls to Italy from UK to find out about my order, I managed to speak with a person (Giacomo) who said that they had not sent me yet the order and they will do it on the 11th of December. At that point I requested him to change the address of the delivery for one in Spain as the order was a present for one of my relatives in Spain who I went to expend several days of the Christmas season with. Giacomo agreed with that and said that I should expect 4/5 working days from the 11.12.17 to received the shipment.
So on the 11.12.17 I received by email the invoice from Miaerboristeria. it confirming number of the order and the address to send the shipping that I had requested in Spain by phone. Also the same day I received the email from the shipping company SDA confirming that the shipment has been made and giving me the reference number.
However, my order has not been received yet at 1st of January 2018. I have checked the SDA company website to follow the track and the last thing that it is showed is that the "shipment is on delivery" since the last 15.12.17, but my relative has not received any notification so far. Since that day I have sent multiples emails to SDA and Miaerboristeria to try to find out where it is my order but nobody has replied so far.
Therefore it is totally unacceptable the lack of professionalism and customer service either from the SDA as from Miaerboristeria.
I am going to try to cancel the payment in my bank or with Paypal but I wanted to make you all aware about these companies and advise NOT TO BUY /SENT ANYTHING . I hope at least to be able to get my money back, but even if that it is the case, the damage is already done. I was not able to give to one of my closer relatives the Christmas present that I wanted to do and paid for it longer than month ago, it was not just sad but also embarrassing painful).
