I had bought an extra jar of Crepe Fix…
I had bought an extra jar of Crepe Fix and put it back until I finished my current jar. Unbeknownst to me the jar was broken. When I opened the new jar it was totally shattered so I immediately sent the MiamiMD team an email. They answered my email right away inquiring about the circumstances of the broken jar. I sent them pictures of the jar and why I had waited so long to contact them. They were very courteous and understanding and kindly replied that they would send me a new jar. I am very happy with their customer service and very happy with their products.

Great customer service
When placing my order for the Advanced Crap Fix, I took advantage for additional purchases at checkout not realizing it was for a different product. The matter was handled promptly and professionally. I was refunded for the product I purchased in error.

Miami MD went overboard on solving my problem of signing up for two identical orders, I only meant to order one. They immediately cancelled one of the subscriptions. Unfortunately the order had already been shipped. Since I will be receiving six jars instead of three, they gave me a gift card to cover my future expenses incurred because of my mistake. They are a wonderful company, and their firm and lift product is the best I’ve ever tried!

Good experience but the firmness is not as good as I thought it would be and I am using multiple products. The same with Crepieness. I am going to try the restore vitamins and see if that helps.

The product is effective
The product is effective. Advanced Crepe Fix actually works. I have spent an embarrassing amount of money on skincare and usually get limited to zero results. Not here. Advanced Crepe Fix has improved my skin beyond the initial application. There are lasting results. The skin on my upper arms, but especially my thighs, has noticeably improved. I feel more confident in shorts! Yay!

I 100% concure with the posted negative…
I 100% concure with the posted negative review on this product without having to reiterate the details. My money was absolutely wasted for all the same reasons, after using an entire jar. When I ordered this product i would not set up an auto shipment without trying it out first, then i recently received a new shipment. I called them directly and reported this and of course they stated i requested it. NOT TRUE. In addition to the rep continuing to try and conveinceme to use and purchase more product, i got quite angry, what part of it dosent work and i will not continue to use this do you not understand. I requested a return label to send this back. all they offered was a discounted rate to return it. Ridiculous. I am not going to pay for this, i did not ask for it. Ultimately the CS rep was no where near accomodating. NOT HAPPY one bit, bad business practices, I almost feel the high ratings posted were all ficticous. Almost a scam. I recommend you look up the reviews before purchasing, which Im guilty of not doing. I do not recommend this at all.
