Migdal Reviews 

I was in America for a medical emergency with my elderly parents. While there the war with Iran broke out and I was stuck in America for two extra weeks. During that period of time, I had a medical emergency and I had not extended my insurance. Migdal unlike Passport Card Insurance did not notify people that their insurance had expired or renewed automatically.
At this point, Migdal is refusing to cover the expenses that I incurred while in America. I would not recommend using Migdal. The savings is not worth the poor service.
In addition, while in the emergency room, I could not reach anybody at Migdal and was totally stranded and left alone. I would not wish this on my worst enemy.

I purchased a travel insurance policy through Migdal in Israel and I am currently injured abroad. I sprained my ankle Friday night and had to go to emergency care in Canada.

Since then I have been trying to make a claim and get support but it has been impossible. Every time I reach out I am told I am “contacting the wrong person” or that I “don’t have a policy,” even though I do and I have proof.

I am stranded in Canada, injured, and unable to call Israeli numbers. The process of reaching you has been extremely frustrating and unhelpful. I’ve had to get family members in Israel to contact you on my behalf and even that has been unsuccessful. I urgently need someone from Migdal to contact me directly regarding my policy and claim. This is completely unacceptable and I sincerely regret ever purchasing anything with you.

Migdal is by far the worst insurance and finance company in Israel. They only look for ways not to pay you or how to swindle you out of your money. I highly recommend to everybody NOT to use Migdal ever!
