My Puppy Otis loves the bone they smell like their right off the grill and they don’t crack or splinter. I believe they’re the best out. Don’t even need to be in the frig.
5 stars they need 10 stars

Ordered the smoked bone marrow bones…

Ordered the smoked bone marrow bones for my 3 dogs. The whole room stinks of the smoke, the dogs' fur smells like the smoke. Couldn't stand being in the same room with the bones. I had to put them outside in the garage. Sure I can get my money back for the UNUSED bones. That's not a 30 day money back guarantee! I also have to pay for the return which is a heavy packet. So disappointed. Should return my money and allow me to donate the unused bones to an animal shelter.

Abhorrent customer service

I echo the sentiment here. My dog loves the products but so got one of the smoked chicken tender jerky treats in November that wasn’t right. I contacted them but they never responded. I called to speak with someone but it rang but no option to leave a message. They send barrages of emails to buy their products filled with “meaningful” dog stories but they do not care about your dog or your needs. I highly recommend not purchasing from this company due to poor customer service & significant delivery delays. I never leave negative reviews but I’m fed up with this company.

Horrible

Horrible! So disappointed. My pups love their bones, great quality however, it takes weeks to receive an order. Tracking # don’t work. Order only finally showed up after responding to a comment on their IG page about not receiving my order after 3 wks. Every bad review I’ve read here is 1000% true. I experienced the exact same issues. No one returns calls. Customer service is horrible. I placed a second order hopefully things had gotten better but they had not. Experienced the same horrible experience. I did see they are building a 30k sq ft facility now. Makes sense why they can’t get orders out. I don’t expect things will improve. Sad because my pups love their bones. I’ve never found anything like it until Mika and Sammy’s. So disappointed.

items do arrive in good quality, but very late

I've submitted three big orders over the past year. They do take a long time to arrive and the tracking numbers/expected delivery dates provided are useless. But after 2-3 weeks all my items have arrived each time and my dog loves them. I have not had to contact customer service and I do see that can be a terrible hassle. I also have not used any special sale codes or discounts, nor recurring subscriptions. Other reviews make me wary but my items have arrived in great condition several weeks late each time.

Didn't receive my order

Ordered 2 bones on Jan 26. Order was supposed to be delivered Jan 30 and I still have not received order as of Feb 4. UPS tracking says they don't have the items. Tried to contact company via message and email x4 and no response. Had to open a complaint with PayPal.

Very First Bone Chipped

First order, (3) large bones, all bones chipped after the 1st chew session. Based on reviews, sounds like I shouldn't waste my time with customer service. Disappointed!

It's my first time ordering from this…

It's my first time ordering from this company, and it has been a terrible experience. I placed my order on Dec. 15 hoping with a seven day shipping it would arrive before Christmas. The order did not arrive until Dec. 28. The worst part is it's not even what I ordered. I got the order of someone who lives in Virginia, and I live in California. What a horrible experience.

Total scam

They take your money, that's it. This site is a scam. A red flag was all of the aggressive ads after I bought something. This didn't bankrupt me, but it's a harsh wake up call to trust any company you only see on social media. In this case, Instagram.

Great product/horrible customer service

The products are awesome. I’ve order from them several times this year. Me dogs love the bones and treats so I spoil them.

The customer service is trash. I made an order on a Thanksgiving special and used a discount code that was sent to me for being a returning customer. This didn’t give me the Special I was ordering and I didn’t realize till after it was placed. The special was for extra treat bags based on a certain order amount.

I immediately emailed that this occurred and asked to remove the code discount to give me the bigger deal on the expected treat bags. Days later I received an email saying too bad this had processed.

I immediately called and the lady wasn’t simply not resourceful. Instead of them simply fixing issue I ended up with cancelling the entire order.

Looking back in the last 6 months I’ve spent nearly $200 with them and this was another order over $100. Worthless customer service.

The product is loved by me dogs but whoever I was dealing with is trash at her job and I’m not using them again.

Horrible

Horrible, horrible customer service! I just wanted to cancel a subscription, and they replied, “So you signed up for a subscription to only cancel it?” They then proceeded to talk about how they put their hard work into this, and it shows a lot about a person to cancel. WHAT IN THE WORLD?? I'm not sure if they were having a bad day, but don't be the downfall of your own company with horrible customer service. Let's get it together, guys.

Mika and Sammy’s Gourmet Pet Treats

Mika and Sammy’s is a family owned company, that makes human grade, gourmet pet treats. As a pet owner that has had two pets that suffered from skin conditions and epilepsy; I did a lot of homework on the pet industry, before getting a new puppy. The things that go into dog food and treats is unconscionable and unregulated. There are things that are known carcinogens and known to cause epilepsy in dogs in some name brand foods, that are supposedly “all natural” or “raw”. As pet owners it is up to us to make sure our animals are getting a healthy balanced diet. I love Mika and Sammy’s because all their treats and bones are naturally smoked and/or have only one or two ingredients. My puppy loves their products, because they’re yummy. I love them because I know what I’m putting in his body. Thank you Eric, for making safe treats for our furry friends.
