I paid for the bed a month ago and it is still not delivered

I paid for the bed over a month ago and still the package has not been delivered. I asked people working there for help but for 3 weeks they couldn't make the package delivered!!! There is no contact with the manager!!! I asked few times. I don't recommend any cooperation.

Good product, as expected. Unfortunately, milliboo uses Styrofoam in the packaging, which is not very eco-friendly.
The delivery people were grumpy and not very helpful, but did end up bringing the packages to the door and gave me time to check through them, though they stood by sulkily.

SAV - completely without service
I ordered two pieces of furniture and in the two parcels there were missing screws.
For one of the two parcels I've managed to solve the issue but for the second piece I have no solution after 5 working days after opening the service request and numerous phone calls and two visits to a hardware stores. On the home site its announced that a solution should be provided in 3-5 days..
I will be moving in a few days with a kitchen island in 100 pieces in my living room.
I'm extremely disappointed and have asked that they come and pick the stuff up and rembourse me since I cant move with this in my living room.
Plus last Friday I took a vacation day in order to assemble these two items but the day was just wasted.
Im still waiting for a call with a solution. To be followed!
I would expect this from Ikea but not Miliboo, you have just lost a customer.
Update- 6 working days after I opened the request. My SAV is still under treatment, the site says 3-5 days and its really not my problem that Miliboo is not properly staffed, they have no issues to take your money but they are not so keen to solve your problem or even call you back to say that there's no solution. I just wonder what I should do in order to get in touch with a manager?
I've paid over 400 € for a useless furniture!

La soddisfazione del cliente è una priorità per noi e prendiamo molto seriamente tutti i feedback.
Lei ha acquistato un articolo il 15 Maggio, che non era in stock con uno sconto del 10% per l'attesa ricompensata, in quanto veniva indicato che per la consegna doveva attendere 2 mesi.
In data 11Luglio, il nostro servizio commerciale l'ha informata che l'articolo in fase di produzione non aveva superato i nostri test di qualità e che per questo motivo dovevamo rifare completamente la produzione (nuova data di consegna prevista per i primi di ottobre), le abbiamo chiesto se voleva eventualmente annulare l'ordine ed avere il rimborso completo.
In data 30 Luglio le abbiamo nuovamente ricordato quando sarebbe stata la nuova data di consegna.
Lei ci ha risposto che l'articolo le piaceva moto e che voleva aspettare.
Restiamo a disposizione per qualsiasi ulteriore informazione e li auguriamo una buona giornata.

I purchased a bed online almost 1,5 months ago. It was only partially delivered after weeks of painfully negotiating a delivery date with their transport company in Belgium. I’m still waiting on the delivery of the missing piece. They don’t reply to my emails and the delivery company they use (Heppner) doesn’t pick up the phone. I am moving in a week and I’m still without a bed..
