Refund issued 4 days after purchase, instead of item. No explanation given, I was expecting item, and could not purchase alternative in time as did not know it wasn't to be sent.

Item was refunded but with no explanation. Item still advertised as for sale, but refunded again. Emailed to ask why and no response.

Ordered five items. None was deliverable. This was not evident in online shopping. There was zero communication and no response to my query either. Despite everything, this pointless order cost me a fee of 3.50 euros at Visa. This store should definitely be avoided

Avoid this company!!! Make a order , two days later received email with order status “REFUNDED” . They cancel my order with no explanation.
Never received refund . No contact at all, they not reply on email !!

I ordered knee pads and a sling on the 25th April and still have not received any items as of today 14th May, payment of £30 was taken though. Tried calling the number online and it says that it doesn't exist and I also sent numerous emails with no replies thank god I paid for this using credit as I can now claim it back. Looking at their social media page it appears that this company has been taking money and not sending orders for a very long time. Please AVOID f you don't want to lose money and end up out of pocket like myself

Don’t trust MilitaryOps! Paid for an online order via their website and still haven’t had delivery of the item. It still says ‘awaiting fulfilment’ from 12th April when put order in and paid. I have tried multiple times to contact them, the fact their telephone number says ‘number not recognised’ doesn’t help! They haven’t responded via email or via the website message option.
Every alarm bell is ringing to me and their companies house accounts filing are overdue. Don’t know how and when I’ll get my money back.

Still not received my order placed 2 weeks ago on next day delivery. No response to emails. Phone line disconnected! I am waiting for a refund ☹

placed an order and have yet to receive confirmation that it’s been dispatched. It has been more than 5 days since my purchase and my emails are not being replied to

Ordered an item from this company, waited 3 days for the order status to be updated, when the order was finally updated I was just sent a refund. No explanation as to why no contact from customer services or anything, this was my first and last time I will use this company poor communication and customer service.

Never got my complete order, only way I found out was by my credit.

Echoing the others, wish I’d checked on here before ordering. Scammers, don’t give them your money.

Arrived a week late, but product good. No correspondence so was surprised when it arrived as couldn't get in touch and thought initially I had been scammed.

I paid for next day delivery. Still haven’t received it or been contacted in regards to it.
