Great but also could be better
Products so far are great. No issues there, the quality is good, does what it's supposed to. I got the rollers and sectioning pads.
Had a couple of issues:
First i pre ordered something that went out of stock. Wasn't clear when that would arrive or come back into stock. Comms could be clearer here. While I was waiting for the order to ship I noticed the item had come back into stock on the site. I gave it a few days still no notice of shipment. Then I saw it was out of stock again. I contacted customer service(Ellen was super great and nice) they said that it didn't come back into stock and I could expect it to get back into stock in a month. I cancelled the order. Then I saw it was back in stock on the site again and decided to order it and it came within a week. Way earlier than the month they originally said. So if you want something that's out of stock you are better off waiting for it to come back then pre ordering. Not sure why that's the case but that's what worked for me.
Secondly, the sectioning pads came in a different colour there were no colour options on the site so that was weird. Contacted them and they sent new ones, again customer service was great.
Then the rollers came also different colour but I didn't mind the colour so I just left it.
The products are great and customer service is great they just seem to have a few logistical issues that they need to iron out. Customer service makes up for it and delivery times (when in stock) are great so I would buy again if I needed anything else they sell.

Poor Quality
I ordered the fill in pieces. It is actually laughable how different they are from the photos on the website. There is barely any hair on them. I appreciate they are fill ins but they are ridiculously thin. Spoke to customer service who just told me that's how they are meant to be. Sent photos that show just how different they are vs what is advertised.

I ordered from them and received my extensions the next day with no fuss!
The extensions were beautiful but not quite what I was looking for.
I returned them via returns procedure and was literally refunded within 48 hours! Literally the least hassle free I've ever returned anything! Thankyou and I would definitely consider the brand for future purposes!

Genuinely delighted
I wear 18” nano bonds and have done so for several years, so I’m very particular about quality. After a string of disappointment with a previous well know brand, who I had used for such a long time, I came across Milk & Blush and I’m honestly so pleased I made the switch!
The hair quality is beautiful, it’s held up incredibly well! The bonds have remained strong without any slipping. I love how thick the hair is, when it comes to styling it’s practically effortless.
Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the experience and would highly recommend them to anyone else considering a change too. I only wish I’d found them sooner.

Disappointing, poor quality.
I bought two hair extention pieces, the quality of both is very disappointing. They are thin, wispy and actually stumpy in places at the comb end. I pain £30 for each piece, so not cheap. Very poor quality for the price.

Brand recommendation and experience.
This brand was recommended to me by the hairdresser that is doing my hair for my wedding.
Milk and Blush’s customer service is great. They had very quick replies and the delivery was rapid.
I would say to be mindful of the pictures you take for a colour match as some lights can make hair look darker than it is. I sent pictures to them of basically only the top of my head and not the ends (my ends have always been lighter than my root due to the sun). The pictures I sent made my hair look darker than it is however it was coloured matched to the picture pretty much perfectly.
The only reason they did not get 5 stars on this review is due to the lack of brown shades in the collection. I would say that the browns seem to have a lot of red tones in them and my hair is on the ashy side. I decided to keep the clip ins and use a gloss on my hair to match as this did not make me want to put the hair back. A slight difference in shade can also add dimension to the hair without having to put permanent colour on it.
The hair itself is very high quality I am absolutely delighted with it. As someone who has terribly thin hair and who is suffering from PP hair loss and regrowth even just trying the hair it has already given me a lot more confidence. As someone who used to have nano rings and tape extensions I am excited to be able to still have long hair but with hopefully less damage.
