This brand was recommended to me by the hairdresser that is doing my hair for my wedding.
Milk and Blush’s customer service is great. They had very quick replies and the delivery was rapid.
I would say to be mindful of the pictures you take for a colour match as some lights can make hair look darker than it is. I sent pictures to them of basically only the top of my head and not the ends (my ends have always been lighter than my root due to the sun). The pictures I sent made my hair look darker than it is however it was coloured matched to the picture pretty much perfectly.
The only reason they did not get 5 stars on this review is due to the lack of brown shades in the collection. I would say that the browns seem to have a lot of red tones in them and my hair is on the ashy side. I decided to keep the clip ins and use a gloss on my hair to match as this did not make me want to put the hair back. A slight difference in shade can also add dimension to the hair without having to put permanent colour on it.
The hair itself is very high quality I am absolutely delighted with it. As someone who has terribly thin hair and who is suffering from PP hair loss and regrowth even just trying the hair it has already given me a lot more confidence. As someone who used to have nano rings and tape extensions I am excited to be able to still have long hair but with hopefully less damage.

Been using Milk & Blish hair for a couple of years now and it's the best quality hair I've ever had. Super thick strands of glossy gorgeous hair. I have nanos in champagne blonde and they are super creamy blonde. I've also always had great communication from the brand with any queries. Highly recommend this hair it's the best and I have tried them all. My hair is also in the best condition it's ever been. Don't hesitate to buy these I promise you will not be disappointed!!

The prettiest hair extensions!

Incredible customer service
I never leave reviews but my hairdresser for my wedding recommended using milk & blush extensions to fill out my look, not only did I place an order of the wrong colour and wrong delivery upon reaching out they changed the colour for me and ensured next day delivery so I had them in time for my special day at no extra cost, the quality of the hair is STUNNING… I never use extensions but feel I will use these time and time again after the wedding. I always order my tape ins from Milk & Blush because the quality is way better than anything here in the US. The hair is super soft and lasts so much longer. Shipping takes a bit but honestly it’s worth it every time.

After struggling with my choices for colour, I’d messaged Milk & Blush Instagram page for some advice. Ellie assisted me right away, with fast and helpful response. I had lots of questions to ask and Ellie went out of her way to make sure I was assisted with everything I needed. Ellie sent me photos of models with the hair colours I was wanting, making my choice easier. The hair is beautiful and feels amazing. I placed an order 13-2-25 on a 3-5 day…
I placed an order 13-2-25 on a 3-5 day tracking so id have them in time for my vow renewal but havent received anything. The tracking hasn't been updated and after reaching out to milk & blush I was told to wait 7 working days which was 24-2-25 and still nothing. I requested a refund back under the consumer act 2015 and it has been pushed back and back for no known reason. I have emailed daily as £220 is a lot to lose on something I havent received. It's not been easy dealing with the customer service side of things and with only an email to use it's nothing but issues and delays. Very very disappointed
