Ordered the cushioned butterflies and flowers Playmat and play gym for my newborn. She absolutely loves it. It’s such a beautiful looking item and clearly good quality. A couple of weeks from ordering and it was delivered but that’s expected as it does explain delivery times on the website. Thank you, would definitely order again.
I have ordered twice from mimibear now. The first time the order did take 6 weeks to arrive, but I was made aware it could take this length of time when I was placing my order, due to suppliers. I did send an email approaching the 6 week mark (to double check the order as I was excited to recieve it) and the team were very quick to respond with an update for me! The second time delivery was a lot speedier which was a lovely surprise as I expected it would be longer as it contained a pre order item (our beloved cappuccino Moonie bear!) so that was great! Both times the parcels have come very well packaged to protect the items and the products themselves are lovely quality! I would definitely order from here again!
I wouldn’t have the words to describe what this site has put me through.
I ordered stuff in English money and it came to about €200 euros.
I would strongly advise against using this site.

IPlaced two orders no mention of pre order on site. First order placed 6th October - still hasn’t arrived. The second order placed on the 17th still hasn’t arrived.
Poor communication over email and terrible customer service taking days to reply. Trying to get a refund won’t be buying from here again.
Would be great if you could reply to my emails instead of the trust pilot review. I’m still waiting for you to update me on my order #59327 which was placed on the 7th October. I’ve emailed you on the 10th, 24th and 25th October and had no reply.

This shop has the most beautiful items, I've had my eye on it since before baby was even conceived! So I had to order from here, and everything was delivered quickly and I love it all.
My pre order came much quicker than expected. I know this is not always the case but delivery was quick and efficient. Can’t fault the service from beginning to end. The company happily answered my questions before I placed my order. Will definitely purchase again and recommend.

Fault’s, Error’s and Poor Handling!!
I’ve purchased a lot from this company over the years from 2020, however I am very upset and frustrated due to the company’s faults, errors and poor handling of one item that I had purchased.
I had got in contact regarding the issue however they seem to brush it all under the carpet. This only goes to show their attempt to ignore the issues and hide it as it’s not their problem! The round ball pit I had purchased has TWO FOAM parts to make it a circle which over the time has come apart and does not make a round ball pit. I contacted MimiBear and they responded with they’ll contact the manufacturer and get a response.
They had advised me that the manufacturer has given some advise on how to mend this problem with glue from the shops which should be baby friendly
-_- I find this very unprofessional that I have been advised to fix something which is out of my hands and don’t wish to ruin something so expensive and also that if it is due to manufacturer fault, it should just be replaced as I had purchased this from your company. I had sent several pictures of the parts and the glue marks. I expressed my concerns regarding fixing this myself, also to mention my friends and family have the same after recommending MimiBear but they do not have this issue of two parts to make a circle ball pit so therefore it is 100% a manufacturing fault. They shrugged it and replied it’s out of warranty now.
My point here is I purchased this product from you. I have no dealings with your manufacturer as this is something between you and your chosen manufacturer. This is not my problem! I purchased from you and there is a big fault therefore it should be replaced!
I am very upset by this as I had thought we built a good relationship over the years. I have recommended this company to so many friends and family who have purchased from them, I have continuously posted them on my socials. As a mum of two I love helping out small companies however this issue had not been dealt professionally. My baby boy cannot even play in this which is sad.

I placed an order on July 6th and 7 weeks later, yes that’s right SEVEN WEEKS, I still don’t have my order.
Communication has been poor, only giving updates when I’ve chased up and asked and just had the same reply each time, we’re waiting on a delivery from our supplier or we’re expecting it this week…
Never an update after that week elapses. I was told a delivery was expected from their supplier on July 25th. I was then told the delivery was expected to arrive that week on August 7th. Now they’re not replying to my emails at all.
Do not order from this company unless you’re willing to be at day 50 and still waiting. Delivery times on the website are completely false.

I made what I would consider to be a sizeable order for nearly 75 pounds with Mimi-Bear on the 10th July because I was so impressed with the range they had on offer and I wanted to buy from a small business. I got a notification via the shop app, not long after, to say my order had been shipped but I didn’t receive my order. So on the 15th July I emailed just to ask for an update and to check when my order was likely to arrive. No response. I then chased several other times with no response via instagram and email. After I wrote my original review I did receive a response via email and a refund was issued. They explained they hadn’t received my emails and my instagram messages weren’t received due to annual leave. However, I know that messages were being replied to during the long period I was chasing as my friend received a response on a general query the same day. I just think overall customer service is lacking, as expressed in other reviews. It’s obviously something they are looking to improve on due to changing delivery partners, so I’ve amended my score to reflect this.

We have always had a great experience when shopping at Mimi bear. My son has had some gorgeous toys from you and last summer I got his paddling pool from here. It’s still immaculate this year and I get so many compliments on it. It’s definitely my go to small business if I want to buy a lovely toy or gift for my little one. Placed an order with this company for around £120. Advised me order had shipped but no tracking provided. Emailed them and they’ve not shipped item, still waiting on stuff being delivered to them so the order isn’t even complete. They follow up with further email saying it’s shipped but tracking info doesn’t work on DPD site. DPD had now emailed me to say the order has been cancelled. Why on earth is a company leaving it to the courier to say an order has been cancelled. Trying to support a small business but should have just gone to Amazon. If there’s an issue with an order you proactively contact your customers, not pass the buck. Can’t wait to have to do an indemnity claim through my bank as it looks like they’re just kicking me around. Son’s birthday is tomorrow and this was his main present.

I’m not expecting you to be like Amazon. I specifically chose a small business because I don’t want to shop at companies like Amazon. What I do expect is for you to contact me before I have to contact you when I’m getting emails saying my order has been cancelled. I do expect for my order to be shipped when I get an email saying that it’s been shipped - not to then contact you and find out you don’t even have the items yet. I do expect for you to follow the shipping times that are on your website and to contact me if, for whatever reason, that’s not possible. Such as, you not actually having the items. Otherwise, it’s misleading. Your website says 3-5 days for Yoto, I was happy with that and knowing that it might get here a little late. But here we are, on day 8, and the order still hasn’t been processed or shipped, never mind delivered. You need to communicate with your customers before they get to the point where they’re having to email you multiple times. You knew when you got my order that you didn’t have the items to process. This is when you email me letting me know that the order won’t ship on time. These things happen and it wouldn’t have been the end of the world. However, you chose not to do that. Instead, I got an email saying that it HAD shipped. YOU know that DPD send emails automatically, I don’t. I simply got an email saying my order had been cancelled. Communicate with your customers.
At this point, it will take longer to have the money returned to me and for me to place an order elsewhere. I just want my son’s presents.

I don’t usually write reviews but I feel it’s needed as I rarely shop with a small business but I have always returned to this one due to being so impressed with them. Not only have my parcels arrived quickly but they have also been so beautifully wrapped. whenever I have had a query, I have always been responded to quickly and they’ve always been so helpful. This company have not only helped me announce my daughters birth (with the gorgeous baby wrap and matching announcement/ milestone cards) but also helped in providing the most beautiful toys for her 1st and 2nd birthday. You really are appreciated in being a customer with them offering discount on future orders. If you are questioning whether to order with them I say 100% go for it because both you and your little ones won’t be disappointed!
