We ordered a couple of matching tracksuits for our daughters, the beige daisy set. Not only are they gorgeous but of the best quality! Super soft and wash well. Will definitely be ordering again!

We ordered the cream boucle armchair for our 18 month old and it's absolutely beautiful - size wise I can imagine it will easily last until she's 3/4 years old.
It was delivered in the specified timeframe and it is really good quality.
The colour also matches our decor perfectly.

Pre-ordered a Moonie Bear in Jan, this was due in end of March. No update on my order, seller started advertising the bears were back in stock and they were then readily available on the website. Messaged seller and enquired why my order hadn’t been dispatched despite them now being in stock. Received a reply saying she would chase with DPD as she was sure she packed this order. Still nothing so I had to chase again for an update despite it now being 3 months, I was then told my order would be sent next week (this was on Friday of the previous week and we are now on Thursday of the following week) I’ve had to chase and ask for tracking details as I’ve still received nothing, but this message has also gone ignored despite multiple social media posts since sending. I can see this is a regular occurrence based on previous reviews and I won’t be ordering from here again. I wanted this item before my baby arrives but now it doesn’t look possible. While I appreciate this is a small business I have used many far more competent small businesses before and received far far better service than this.

Horrendous service. Bought a bike for my daughter's birthday back in February and still waiting with no bike in sight whatsoever. There is no way to speak to a human as they don't have a contact number and never answer their emails. Now at the point where I need my money back so will need to request a charge back as mimibears customer service is non-existant. This bike was meant to be my daughters main gift for her second birthday, I've given a fair amount of time and been patient but it's not a good company to part with your cash if this is how they do business. Avoid like the plague!

The soothing sounds are just so dreamy they help me sleep let alone my little baby girl. But in all seriousness, for all her daytime naps we have mimi with us and it’s one of those sleep aids for her now. The fact it’s rechargeable is just the best! We have a few other items with the same concept and they’re battery operated which is such a pain, so the fact this is rechargeable makes it a dream! 💭
You can also take the sound/light machine out of the mini bear and use as a night light / sound machine in the very early days when your baby is too small for the actual bear.
If you’re looking to buy a baby shower gift or your a mummy to be, get this on your list! You won’t regret it 🧸🤍

I placed an order in January, received 1 item but not my other items in the order. Emailed on two occasions and still no response to even give an updated timeline for delivery, disappointing as I’d be happy to wait if they confirmed a delivery date instead of not replying.

Can not speak for the quality of the item yet as I have not received it. I ordered a personalized chair, it did state that these can take 2-4 weeks but I thought surely not 4! For the price of the item (and prices of items in general) shipping should be quicker. I’ve ordered other personalized items from other retailers and it takes nowhere near this amount of time. So plan (way ahead) for a month turn around time if you’re ordering someone a personalized gift.

Purchased a Betty’s home cushion for my daughters bedroom. The cushion exceeded all quality expectations and she loves it!

I bought the play mat from here and it’s the best thing I bought for my newborn! It’s saved so much stress worrying about her falling backwards whilst learning to sit up. Although responsive customer service. I have waited for one of those glow bunnies on back order for months. They just kept insisting for me to wait a month after month and didn't send the other things in the order that they had in stock sooner. I finally got a refund at the end for all the items, as I no longer had faith in them to deliver on their promise.

22 Dec - Yes, I have ordered it on pre order, I was well aware. However the promised (original) date was getting delayed on a monthly basis, as I kept sending catch up emails. So no, you have not kept to original "pre order date" by a long time.
